Pros:

We have stayed there many times. Always has been great. Unfortunately, due to storm activity it knocked out their seawall. Food and drinks were hreat and staff very helpful. If you are looking for a laid back stay, this is the perfect spot.

El personal es muy amable y siempre está atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. El restaurante está bien, pero deberían poner los precios tanto en dólares como en colones.

Cons:

Las instalaciones estaban bien, limpias y me parece que tienen un buen equipo de mantenimiento. Sin embargo, algunas gradas de concreto han perdido un trozo y quedan filos que podrían ser peligrosos. Yo no me fijé y me raspé un poco, nada grave, pero sí sería bueno revisar para evitar un accidente grave.

My car was hit in the parking lot. The staff informed me they would investigate and send video footage of the incident to my email or WhatsApp; however, I have not received any updates.

I will come here again and again because of the quaint place.
Pros:

This hotel keeps improving. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The room choices are excellent. The pool, restaurant, food are all excellent. Just 8 minutes past Jaco town center. Nice beach to walk along. Strong surf waves. Peaceful and relaxing.
