Pros:

A localização e o custo benefício são os únicos motivos que me levaram a retornar pra esse hotel.

Cons:

O atendimento, salvo raríssimas exceções, é horrível.
Funcionários do check in mal educados. Esquecem de colocar itens no quarto e você vai pedir, eles acham ruim, tudo fazem com má vontade.
Chuveiro do quarto não esquentava no primeiro dia, nem no segundo, depois de muito reclamar conseguimos.

Pros:

De ligging was super en de kamer was schoon en een goed bed!

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet goed! Er was een heleboel op toen wij en andere gasten kwamen, er waren maar 2 personeelsleden daar en dat was veel te weinig! Naderhand ging het een stuk beter gelukkig!

Er zijn zeer zeker betere opties in Willemstad voor deze prijs!
Pros:

Onze avondvlucht naar Amsterdam werd gecanceled en we konden gelukkig nog last minute in dit hotel terecht. Weinig andere keuze.

Cons:

Voor bijna 200 USD voor één nachtje in een eenvoudige kamer met ontbijt had ik toch net iets meer verwacht. Vervelende rioollucht, basic ontbijt, ... We hadden helaas geen andere keuze (ivm de afgelaste vlucht) maar ik zou dit hotel (ondanks de centrale ligging) toch niet aanbevelen.

Great location with view on floating bridge. Bed is comfortable.

Cons:

Value for money slightly disappointing. Smell in the bathroom. Coffee machine didn't work and wasn't replaced within a few hours after notifying. Staff less friendly than what you mostly experience in the island. Breakfast very basic. No charm or any positive energy in this place.

Room was like a cell with grey concrete walls and no window. No decor or furniture. No wifi in room at all.

Top locatie & vriendelijk personeel (Ivan & Zuny) bij het ontbijt.
Pros:

De locatie en in het bijzonder de Ivan en Zuny die ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

De geur in de badkamer, dit was zelfs zo erg dat we een prullenbak op het afvoerputje hebben geplaatst.

The hotel was okay, some slight improvements would make it better. The location is perfect.
Pros:

Staff members went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. The pool and space around it were excellent

Cons:

Parking was limited. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Coffee was inconsistent it was either cold or weak.

Pros:

A única coisa que realmente vale a pena é a localização.

Cons:

O atendimento o check in é MUITO ruim. Zero carisma, é como se ela estivessem fazendo um favor e vc não estivesse pagando.
Fora que são extramente confusos, precisa repetir a mesma informação duzentas vezes e ainda sim faz errado.

Chegou no hotel a noite e deu o azar de não terem reposto a toalha ?? Paciência. Lavanderia não está aberta e você que se vire. Não tem secador no quarto e você demorou a perceber?? Problema é seu que pediu muito tempo depois.

Foram 3 anos levando grupos pra lá , nunca mais.

Great location and value for the price

Cons:

Toilet seat was not secured properly. Air conditioner was very noisy when it sounded like it was draining. Parking lot was great but very difficult to find. Better instructuons on how to get there need to be provided.

La ubicación fue la mejor parte. El hotel es limpio, cómodo y en perfecto estado. Ideal para estar cerca de todo y llegar a dormir. Detrás del hotel hay un pequeño estacionamiento.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente la habitación que nos dieron tenia la mejor vista.

Cons:

la habitación tiene un fuerte olor como a humedad es muy fuerte dormi muy poco el colchón no es muy cómodo.
El desayuno es demasiado básico solo dan huevo entero y banano o manzana y pan.
El baño todo el tiempo olía a orines como si se subieran los olores por el sifón.
