Tirando essa questão do estacionamento, o hotel é muito bom.
Pros:

Localização muito boa. Fiquei no quarto de frente pra ponte móvel, dava pra assistir de ‘ camarote ‘ a ponte abrir para os navios passarem, bem bonito de ver.

Cons:

Fiquei no hotel por ter estacionado, como tinha evento no dia de Reis, não tinha vaga, tive que deixar meu carro dormir do lado de fora, cheguei a monitorar até um certo horário para ver se disponibilizava vaga, mas um certo horário eu fui dormir preocupada com medo de multa. Me parece que em dias de evento na região o hotel disponibiliza o estacionamento para outras pessoas além dos hóspedes, achei super errado, sendo que paguei pelo estacionamento todos os dias da minha estadia no hotel. Sinceramente eu gostaria de ser ressarcida de uma noite de estacionamento que paguei e não usei.

Outra coisa, para chegar no estacionamento no primeiro dia é bem confuso, e o atendente que não lembro o nome, não teve muita paciência pra explicar, acho que o idioma também complica um pouco esse entendimento. Sugiro talvez um mapinha para ajudar no primeiro dia.

El hotel cumplió mis expectativas

La ubicación del hotel es muy acertada, queda en frente del Puente de la Reina Emma, es facil para las rutas del transporte publico y taxis, tambien tiene parqueadero

My stay was amazing, positive vibes and good energies

I liked the centralized location and helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a full body mirror especially a room that to ladies are staying in, it was challenging getting dressed, we were taking turns using the bathroom mirror which kept us back.

Buena ubicación si no te molesta mucho el ruido, buen desayuno, le falta poder separar basuras
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca de una parada de autobuses y del centro turístico, además de parqueaderos y restaurantes, aunque algunas noches puede haber algo de ruido en las noches porque el puente se mantiene en continua actividad y a veces hay música en negocios cercanos.
La habitación se mantuvo limpia y bonita, es amplia, y tiene las comodidades esperables para esta categoría. El personal fue atento al responder nuestras dudas.
El desayuno tiene amplia variedad, es rico, tipo buffet.

Cons:

Pese a que se vende como un hotel "verde" justificando que no hacen aseo a los cuartos si no cada 2 dias (a menos que uno lo solicite), no tiene separación de basuras, toda la basura que puede ser reciclable va a la misma cesta del baño porque no hay más. Así mismo, se usa muchas botellas desechables para el baño en lugar de usar dispensadores (shampoo, jabón).
Las ventanas no se pueden abrir, están selladas, no sé si sea por la ubicación pero nos hubiera gustado que sí se abrieran.
El café en recepción algunos hoteles lo brindan abiertamente, en este caso tenía un precio.
Los tomacorrientes de la recepción no funcionaban como para poder cargar el celular.

La Ubicación es perfecta si vas por temas de trabajo... un poco lejos de playas pero en la parte turística es perfecto!

La cama, las almohadas y las sábanas muy cómodas y limpias !

La habitación en general muy aseada y ese punto es muy importante!

Mi habitación tenía vista hacia el puente !

El Internet me funcionó bien, aunque a veces se cai la conexión!

Me cambiaban todos los dias las toallas y me organizaban la habitación!

Para trabajo y de paso rápido esta bien el hotel ! Si vas de vacaciones no lo tomaría !

Cons:

No encontré enchufes cercanos a la cama, tienes que llevar adaptador tipo europeo y el único que encontré para mi celular estaba en el baño.

El desayuno super limitado, solo es huevo cocido, la fruta también es muy limitada, jamón, queso y pan ! 1 sabor de jugo y café... cereal y no hay mas opciones de proteínas.

No me dijeron que teniamos lugar de parqueo, no especificaron cual era el lugar, porque ni siquiera te preguntan, y nos multaron por haber parqueado afuera y nos inmovilizaron la llanta del carro ...

No hay roomservice ! Ni servicio a la habitación si necesitas algo porque no tienen casi personal. Solo el de recepción!

El desayuno es super básico y casi nunca había suficiente. La habitación del lado estaba conectada por una puerta por lo tanto se muchísimo ruido, no pude dormir ninguna noche porque las personas hablaban muy duro y ponían el televisor a todo volumen. Cuando llamé a recepción para que por favor los llamaran, nunca contestaron.

Het is het eigenlijk net niet

Locatie was prima, kamer lekker ruim. Lekker bed en een mooi balkon.

Cons:

Wordt niet elke dag schoon gemaakt, en Senseo koffie zetten in een filter apparaat is onmogelijk, tevens is het thee water dan ook niet echt lekker ( misschien beter een waterkokker ). Douchekop kapot, wordt pas na melding twee gemaakt. En als je met cash geld euro betaald dan wordt je flink afgezet. Op 1000 euro had ik een wisselkoers van 100 euro. Dus betaal met kaart, toch raar. Na wat overleg kregen we met uitzondering ons geld retour en konden we anders betalen. Ontbijt ronduit slecht. Wij zouden aanraden om dit lekker ergens anders te gaan doen.

Good. We will most likely stay there again.
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The breakfast was alright, nothing fancy.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room could have been cleaner, there were green mold on the edge of the shower door.
