Un lindo hotel muy bien hubicado
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado en un barrio tranquilo pero cercano a mucha movilización, tiene un aspecto lindo, una buena cafetería, la habitación lucía limpia.

Cons:

La ducha tiene solo un vidrio que cubre en parte y no retine bien el agua. La habitación no tenía buena iluminación y al querer enchufar una lámpara del velador, descubrí que los enchufes estaban suelto y 2 no funcionaban. El desayuno un poco pequeño para el precio.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal de Pop City hotel, sobretodo la atención de los recepcionistas, Cinthya e Iván, muy bien todos en general; pero ellos nos atendieron de manera muy atenta.

Cons:

Es un hotel con decoraciones con temáticas posmodernas, que no comparto; pero es muy subjetivo y personal...no define la atención que recibimos y calidad de servicio/instalaciones, que fueron excelentes.

Todo limpio y ordenado!
Pros:

Ordenado, limpio y cómodo. Personal muy amistoso, quiero destacar la amabilidad de la señorita que trabaja en cafetería ya que llegué al límite de la hora a tomar desayuno y aún así fue muy amable al atenderme, gracias!

Good location. They arranged an early breakfast for us because we were going to early to the airport

Cons:

Reception desk personnel was mixed. A great service provided by the person in charge of the night shift but I not so nice attitude from the one that welcomed us during the check-in. Music on the hallway a bit too loud. At times difficult to sleep.

La cama muy buena, la ubicación y la imagen general del hotel, Desayuno incluido pequeño pero rico.

Cons:

Se cortó el agua caliente en la mitad de mi baño, tienen un aviso de un sistema especial para calentar el agua, que necesita prender y apagar varias veces la llave de agua para que salga caliente, fue necesario abrir la llave del lavamanos para tener agua caliente en la ducha, después dejó de salir agua caliente en la mitad de la ducha y tuve que volver a abrir el agua del lavamanos para que salga caliente nuevamente. Baja presión. Gotera en el lavamanos que mojaba el piso del baño.
Falta de mantención en pinturas de dormitorios, estaban manchados.

Óptima, es bella la decoración, casi un hotel boutique.
Pros:

Me encantó el desayuno. Había cuatro variedades, muy ricas. Buen café, los huevos, el croisant que pidió mi hija, estaba todo fresco y rico. La docración es bonita, es como pop ochentera y minimalista. Los techos de las habitaciones son altos y la ubicación es fantastica, un barrio residencial a pasos del MUT y el Costanera Center.
