Sensacional. Funcionários prestativos, localização maravilhosa, a gnt saia esquiando do hotel para o lift, a piscina com agua do vulcao é deliciosa. Tiramos 6 dias para esquiar.
Único problema é que o chuveiro do nosso quarto não esquentava direito, agua era morna.
De resto, 10/10.

localização excelente, equipe super atenciosa, piscina interna muito boa, restaurante bom tambem

instalações de quarto e banheiro são antigas, quarto pequeno e banheiro bem antigo inclusive com problemas de vazamento e instalações..... deixou muito a desejar

Bra vecka, fantastiskt läge och grym frukost. Men det är dyrt, så ge gästerna valuta. Börja renovera!
Pros:

Frukosten var otroligt bra. Grym kvalitet. Det varma badet. Läget. På med skidorna och rätt ut i backen.

Cons:

Väldigt slitet. Stort behov av renovering. Utveckla restaurangen med en ordentlig meny.

O custo benefício é bom considerando estar hospedado na montanha e em frente a pista de ski
Pros:

Hotel confortável.
Boas opções e qualidade nas refeições. Café da manhã e menu completo de almoço e jantar maravilhosos.
Quanto aos preços, nada fora da realidade dos preços cobrados em Santiago.

Cons:

No hotel não tem roupa e equipamento de ski para alugar ou vender, e por conta da localização ser na montanha, é necessário ir até o vilarejo a 8 km Las Tranças para alugar ou comprar a roupa.
Uso obrigatório de touca na piscina, que deve ser comprado no hotel. Contudo, não há fiscalização e algumas pessoas acabam não usando… injusto a regra ser só para alguns.

Tem potencial pra ficar bom.
Pros:

Ótima localização. Funcionários prestativos e muito educados. O hotel tem tudo pra ser bom, só falta uma reforma.

Cons:

Instalações velhas. O sistema de calefação não funciona direito, frio dentro do hotel. Em nosso quarto não estava funcionando o aquecimento, improvisaram um aquecedor elétrico para o quarto, mas no banheiro não tinha. Ofereceram outro quarto, mas era pior.
