A closed nightmare.

Cons:

Check in was scheduled 3pm. But it was closed. I left the place by 3:45pm after the complaint call to booking customer service. I was in a very complicated situation trying to get a room for that night because every place was fully booked. It was a nightmare. I'll not book any "not well known" hotel in my life.
Customer service told me the hotel staff didn't answer the phone. Of course, it was closed.
