Pros:

Hotel Milodon was perfect for my stay. Marie-Jose on reception was so warm and friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay...it was in a perfect location to access bars and restaurants in Puerto Natales and I had such a lively stay. Would highly recommend.

It wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.
Pros:

The location, security door and staff.

Cons:

Our room was full of cracks in the wall, and someone repeatedly tried to enter our bedroom, even when the door was locked. There was a massive leak in the ceiling dripping down into the common area. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Pros:

The staff were fabulous - they helped with getting transportation to parks, airport and restaurants. They had good ideas about what to do and where to go. Very friendly and professional!

Location was perfect - one block from the central park and 5 minute walk to the harbour.

Cons:

The rooms were a little dated - but the value was very good..

Personal super amable y atento a nuestras necesidades.
El hotel es antiguo , pero tiene todo lo básico
Las camas so muy comodas y esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo.

Cons:

No tiene parquink pero se puede estacionar facilmente en la calle.
El desayuno esta correcto pero tiene poca variedas , sibre todo de cosas frescas como frutas.

Wonderful staff, old and tired structure and rooms
Pros:

Wonderful, super pleasant staff- an all women crew it seemed. Hot and filtered water available all day in the Breakfast room. Good bread at breakfast with cheese, meat, fruit, cereal and yoghurt, fruit juice and cake.
Very good housekeeping. Comfy bed. Great location.

Cons:

As with many hostals in Chile, the structure itself was very old and tired. The bathroom was small; the open door wedged midway on the washbasin. This was not a super cheap place to stay so expected a bit more but I realise I paid for location.
