Cons:

Hotel muy mal cuidado, con olor a aceite quemado en todas sus instalaciones, la lampara de velador no funcionaba, alfombra de todo el hotel con manchas y muy mal cuidado, baño aparentemente limpio pero se noto que habian hecho del 2 y ni siquiera se dieron el detalle de tirar bien la cadena. Papelero del baño tb con papel. Primera y ultima vez que voy.

EL lugar se notaba abandonado, paredes con pintura suelta, daba la impresión de estar sucio, en la recepción un persistente olor a pescado frito, lo que quiere decir que la cocina no cuenta con una buena ventilación

Very comfortable place. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem keep this in mind.

It's not well administrated
Pros:

The hotel is in a good place with an acceptable peruvian restaurant in the first floor, its near the mainbus terminal o' higgins from Rancagua. The rooms have standard equipment, tv, bathroom and kingsize bed. The rooms are laid out with carpets so beware the you have allergies. The breakfast is standard that means bred, butter, mermelade, flakes, milk, juice, coffee and black tea... The same you can have for less money. I stay sometimes there cause i know that they have always a room for rent but i cannot say thats my favorite place...
