Pros:

Lokalizacja oraz możliwość parkowania na terenie hotelu.
Personel też starał się jak mógł.

Cons:

Brak działającej klimatyzacji. Przy temperaturze na zewnątrz ok 38 stopni, w nocy ponad 20 stopni, przebywanie w pokoju hotelowym było koszmarem. Szczególnie w nocy.

Location is really great and bed was comfortable

Cons:

AC is extremely loud and didn't properly cool down the room. Staff was very passive aggressive when I asked them about the AC. In general the staff turned very unfriendly as soon as something negative was mentioned (noticed a couple of conversations with staff and other guests).
Room also had several visible spots that were not properly cleaned in a while.
Unclear to me how this hotel had 4 stars...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Preis von 25 € für das Frühstück ist sehr teuer
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war bei 30°
Die Fernbedineung des Fernsehgerätes hat nicht funktioniert

Cons:

Klimaanlage ging nicht, Matratze war nicht gut, unheimlich enge Parkgarage für 20€, enge Dusche. Im ganzen Haus schlechte Luft. Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, weil es so warm war und die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat.

Greifensteiner Hof er et sted jeg altid er glad for at komme til.
Pros:

Morgenmaden er fremragende og beliggenheden er fuldkommen perfekt. Personalet er altid imødekommende, venlige og professionelle. Greifensteiner Hof er det perfekte stop, på vej ned eller op gennem Europa.

Cons:

Alles war für mich sehr gut
Pros:

Super Lage direkt im Centrum der Stadt, sehr freundliches Personal, viel Platz für die Kleidung, Parkplatz im Hotelhof, das Frühstücksangebot war sehr. Das Bett war bequem, ich hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon. Insgesamt super auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmt.

El servicio desastroso.
Sugiero eliminarlo de las opciones de Booking

La atención de conserjería horrible.
A las 21 hs ya no había nadie.
Explicaron mal todo. Al volver por la noche no sabíamos cómo entrar.
Lo peor: NO HABIA AGUA POTABLE.
Me cobraron 20 € por dejar el vehículo en la puerta del hotel

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Spinnenweben im Zimmer. Recht lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge- im Sommer ist es ab 5 uhr im Zimmer hell. Fitnessraum extrem spärlich und kein wirklicher Raum; eher ein offener Bereich im Durchgang zum Frühstückssaal.
Frühstück: Tische werden nur rudimentär abgeräumt, dies muss man selbst zunächst tun, wenn man sich wo hinsetzen möchte. Auswahl basal aber in Ordnung- jedoch oft Rührei aus, gelegentlich keine Brötchen.

Typisches Altstadthotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Und dennoch ruhig. Gemütliches Hotel mit Altstadt Flair.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt.

Cons:

ich halte das Hotel für ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel. Die 4 Sternes erscheinen etwas hochgegriffen.
Aber das ist natürlich meine persönliche Meinung
Frühstück habe ich nicht gebucht, weil mir € 25 als unangemessen erscheinen
