Hotel avec beaucoup de cachet, au calme, stationnement facile, restaurant de l'hotel est très bien.
Pros:

L'hotel est localisé au milieu de la forêt, le cadre est très agréable et calme.
Très facile de se garer sur le parking de l'hotel
Le personnel est très attentionné et parle français.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant est seulement en allemand, mais le personnel parle français et nous ai aidé a choisir notre repas.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist idyllisch und nach einem Spaziergang durch den Wald von 3 km kommt man auf der Mathildenhöhe an, einem Jugendstilviertel mit Museen und tollen Gebäuden.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort, sind freundlich empfangen worden, haben gut gegessen und geschlafen und wurden besonders beim Frühstück von der zuständigen Dame sehr umsichtig und persönlich umsorgt.

Pros:

De ligging en comfort van de kamer. Vriendelijkheid van personeel.

Cons:

Geen persoonlijk welkom. En cigaretten lucht (bij binnenkomst beneden en volgende dag via het raam (waarschijnlijk ook van beneden)

Sicher gibt es überall Personalmangel, aber zu diesem Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Trotzdem sehr schöne Lage.

Restaurant geschlossen daher bei Ankunft hungrig geblieben. Matratzen zu weich daher mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht.

De kamer was superschoon, fijne bedden , goede wifi

Cons:

De ontvangst had beter gekund.Onpersoonlijk met een toegangscode.
De kamer was klein maar ok. De doche zat in een kast, er tegenover de WC met een wastafel met heel weing ruimte.
Het ontbijt viel tegen.

Sehr laut in der Nacht, null Rücksicht von den anderen Gästen, die plauderten und lärmten noch Mitternacht. Alles hallte ins Zimmer rein. Es stank. Keine Erholung, eher sehr nervenreibend.
