Les chambres étaient propre

Cons:

La cuisine était vraiment très sale. Des restes de nourritures sur le plan de travail , la table, les ustensiles [ lavés ] mais non essuyer et qui attendais dans l’egoutoire. Des odeurs dans le frigo a en avoir les yeux qui coulent. Des ampoules HS au plafond.

Enttäuschend absolut kein Service und kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen

Die Auskunft war zentral

Cons:

Keine Kontaktaufnahme seitens des Hotels bezüglich Zimmernummer und Schlüsselcode. Nachdem von Seiten des Hotels keine Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte, keine Besetzung der Rezeption. Als ich angerufen habe, hat das Hotelpersonal erst nach einigen Minuten die Reservierung gefunden. Dann klappte es auch mit den Zimmernummer und Schlüsselcodes. Nachts war es von Seiten der anderen Hotelgäste extrem laut.
Und zum guten Schluss mussten wir feststellen, dass es kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen gab.
Zimmerausblick geradeaus ins grüne wenn man aber auf den Boden sah man den Beginn einer Müllhalde.

The beds were nice and comfortable, the room was clean, and there were available free parking places. The price was fair enough camparing with other places in hamburg, its best for travellers wirh car.

Cons:

There were no staff, no information on the booking system to know how to get into the building and find the room, there was not enough information about some facilities. For example, where to warm food, store food, boil water, or are there at all any kitchen facilities. Is the water drinkable? the exit fan in the bathroom was very noisy. In general, it's a nice place, but far away from bazar.
