Freundliches Personal, Zimmer spartanisch einfach, Schnitzel klare Empfehlung - Dank dem Koch.
Pros:

Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, dass zugewiesene Zimmer einfacher spartanischer Standard, dass Frühstück einfacher Durchschnitt. Das Restaurant bietet traditionelle Schnitzelgerichte die mit viel Liebe und Können vom Koch zubereitet werden - hier wird gepunktet. Mir wurde auf Wunsch ein Apfelpfannkuchen serviert der das Essen abrundete. Parkplätze und W-Lan sind umsonst, Fernseher funktioniert wenn man mit Fernbedienungen umzugehen weiß.

Cons:

Vom Zimmer hatte ich mir mehr erhofft, einfacher spartanischer Standard der nicht überzeugte, dass Bett war mir zu weich. Badezimmer war ok.
Ich hatte mir die Unterkunft ausgesucht wegen eines Trauerfalls und der Nähe des Friedhofs (Steinneuerhof).

Das Badezimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, vielleicht die Abflüsse !?
Im Zimmer und im Fensterrahmen waren einige dicke Wanzen unterwegs !

Une nuit pour visiter le marché de Noël de cologne.
Pros:

Un accueil très sympathique
Une petite chambre propre.
Un petit déjeuner fort correcte pour le prix. Petit déjeuner qui se situe dans le club de tennis juste en face de l'hôtel.
L'hotel est à quelques minutes en voiture d'un parking P+R gratuit avec le tram direct pour cologne centre.

Cons:

Rien de grave.
Les oreillers sont grands et trop ferme pour moi. Peut être proposer un 2em oreiller dans l'armoire.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers

Cons:

Leider habe ich die Frühstückszeit am Wochenende nicht vorher überprüft. Die Dame beim CheckInn fragte mich sogar wann ich am Sonntag frühstücken wolle und da ich zu einem Termin musste sagte ich 7.00 Uhr.
Sie sagte es sei kein Problem, doch am nächsten morgen erfuhr ich, das dies doch nicht möglich war.
Schade, dass ein wenig Flexibilität nicht möglich war.
Ein Kaffee umd ein belegtes Brötchen hätten mir schon geholfen.
Das Zimmer war sauber und nett ekngerichtet jedoch ist das Gebäude sehr hellhörig und andere Gäste waren nachts sehr laut.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient, superb staff
Pros:

Superb communication, clean and comfortable room and a basic but good breakfast. I got exactly what I paid for and I'm very happy! I'd gladly return!

Cons:

We're onto very minor things now - I don't like little sachets of shower gel, a dispenser on the wall would have been nicer. And if that is the petty level of my moan, you know it was a good stay!!!
