Excellent, friendly boutique hotel
Pros:

Lovely period hotel, close to the main part of the city without being crowded. The room and facilities were all clean and the staff all helpful.

Cons:

As it is in a more residential area there isn’t a huge choice of restaurants within walking distance. But it was not an issue to us.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war schön und sehr gemütlich. Man hat sich direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Das Gebäude macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und der Frühstücksaal war super schön. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist super und auch der englische Garten fussläufig um die Ecke.

Das Bad war leider sehr klein und altmodisch. Negativ war eigentlich nur, dass die Tram direkt vor dem Fenster durch fährt und man sie trotz gut isolierter Fenster morgens hört.

A great option at the very heart of Munich
Pros:

We had only a single night stay but loved the hotel. It was clean and classic chic design and the beds were very comfy. The staff were super helpful and responsive. I also highly appreciate their efforts to provide us our rooms for an early checkin (upon my request) - all of our 3 rooms were ready for check in at 10:30.

The old town and city center are a 10-minute wonderful walking through Maximillianstraße.

Cons:

We stayed in March, so this was irrelevant but it seems there's no A/C. It would be nice to have a small safe in the room.
