Die sehr großen geräumigen Appartements. Die kleinen liebevollen Details im Zimmer wie ein Ersatzrucksack, Regenschirm...Der freundliche Service zum Frühstück durch Frau Ketterer, das reichhaltige Buffet. Im Foyer standen immer Äpfel 🍎 und Orangen 🍊 für die Wanderung bereit. Außergewöhnlich, dass wir jeden ! Nachmittag mit Kuchen 🍰 und Kaffee/ Tee verwöhnt wurden.

Es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich gleich einen weiteren Aufenthalt gebucht habe.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen und das obwohl ich zu einer Zeit dort war, in welcher eher wenig Gäste im Haus waren.

Absolut freundliches und professionelles Personal. Sehr kompetent. Der morgendliche Newsletter auf dem Frühstückstisch, total super.
Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und jeden Tag frischer Kuchen.

Cons:

Teilweise das Wetter.😳 Nein Spass.🤪 Es gab nichts. Es war alles total okay.

Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und Wünsche wurden kurzfristig versucht umzusetzen.

Cons:

im Appartement waren Sessel und Stühle vorhanden, die Abends aber nicht besonders komfortabel waren. Wir haben dann, nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotel, aus dem Flur einen Sessel geholt, da dieser breiter war. Die vorhandenen Sessel und Stühle sind für kräftige und breite Menschen nicht besonders geeignet.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein und die Kaffeekannen sollten durch Thermokannen ersetzt werden, die halten länger warm. Leider ist der Kaffee in den Porzellankannen sehr schnell kalt geworden.
