Location, parking facility close to the hiking area. Located in calm & peaceful area in nature, 20mins walk from town centre

Sweet Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The location is awesome - you walk from the hotel straight into the forest and enjoy the hike to Brocken through the picturesque valley. I will be back :)

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und das Personal sehr freundlich👌

Cons:

Das die Madratzen im Bett nur Lose aufliegen somit musste ich Nachts 2 x mein Bett wieder richten 🤷🏻‍♀️ Die Duschen sehr klein sind das Bad im Allgemeinen.

Pros:

Vi tyckte om allt. Personal, läget, rummet, rent, vatten på flaska, sängen mm.
Vi hade ett litet problem med en sak men personalen löste det till bådas bästa. Varmt på rummet (det har ju varit heatwave) men vi hade myggnät och hade fönstren öppna och fick in skön sval skogsluft♡
Frukosten bra. Mer behöver man inte.
En söt by nära.

Cons:

Inget personligt negativt för stället som sådant, men ingen broschyr eller meny på engelska. Men det är så typiskt Tyskland.. Vi har ju Google translate och det använde vi till menyn.

Sehr ruhige , idyllische Umgebung ; Ideal zum Abschalten
Pros:

- sehr schöne , natürliche , ruhige Umgebung
- gutes , schmackhaftes Essen im Restaurant ( zB Bauernplatte , Farfalle mit Pesto )

Cons:

Zimmer sind eher zweckmäßig als komfortabel , aber das ist völlig ok

Jung gebliebenes Kurhotel. Super freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, sehr ruhige schöne Lage im Wald, gutes Frühstück, abgeschlossener Raum für Fahrräder, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern der Zimmer

Cons:

Kein Aufzug, sind aber auch nur zwei Stockwerke

Sehr erholsame Anlage, völlig ruhig am Nationalpark gelegen.

Cons:

Gestaffelte Essens- und Frühstückszeiten. Restaurant wenn voll zu eng und zu laut.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt okay
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit…

Cons:

-der Kurpark/ die Umgebung wirkt verlassen
- die Website des Hotels verspricht mehr, als das Hotel geben kann
- die Ausstattung ist schon sehr veraltet
- das Hotel müsste dem heutigen Standard angepasst werden(vor allem die Sanitäranlagen)… beim genauen Hinschauen, sind Abnutzungserscheinungen überall zu sehen
- die Bilder der Speisen (Website) im Restaurant widerspiegeln nicht den tatsächlichen servierten Speisen. Hier müsste nachjustiert werden.
- das Hotel zeigt den Charme vergangener Jahre…u.a. dunkle Zimmer mit Fliegengitter, die nicht zu öffnen sind.

Somit sollte das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis überdacht werden.

Trotzdem kann man dem Hotel eine Chance geben, da jeder Gast seine eigene Meinung hat.
