Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von der Loggia aus hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See, die Berge und das Schloss Neuschwanstein.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das sehr groß und komfortabel war. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.
Auch der Spa-Bereich hat uns gefallen, zwar nicht besonders groß, aber wir hatten Glück, denn während unseres Aufenthalts waren dort fast keine Leute, sodass es sehr angenehm und entspannend war.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel von Herzen weiter und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Ein überaus freundliches Personal begrüßte uns zum Empfang. Das hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht geändert. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Frühstück ist zu empfehlen, es war vorzüglich. Wellness Bereich ist sauber und nicht zu überfüllt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und auch der Poolbereich sind in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratze war nur mit einem Topper zu ertragen. Am Anfang würde mir ein Upgrade auf mein Zimmer versprochen, dass dann im nächsten Moment wieder abgesagt worden ist.

Sehr sauber, große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, sehr gutes Frühstück!

Cons:

Einen Hinweis vorher, zum Ort schrägen Berg runter und natürlich auch wieder hoch. Man muss sehr gut zu Fuß sein!
