Zum Schlafen ok - aber teuer
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und uns willkommen geheißen. Dabei wurde auch Werbung für das Frühstück gemacht. Das Haus ist alt und beengt, die Zimmer sind neu gemacht. Es ist sauber.

Cons:

Der Boden in den Zimmern knarzt, wir hatten zwei Dachzimmer mit Fenstern im Schrägdach, die sich nicht öffnen ließen. Obwohl zwei separate Schlafräume gebucht wurden, war das eine Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad/WC. Die Parkplätze sind im Hinterhof und nur über sehr enge/abenteuerliche Wege für Kleinwagen nutzbar. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für das Hotel nicht.
Das Frühstück ist für 17 Euro hochpreisig und es war ok, allerdings nicht so gut, dass wir es am zweiten Morgen nochmals essen wollten.

Für 1 Nacht in Ordnung ...
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum.
Kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof.
Fußläufig viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Café.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Bad benötigen eine Auffrischung, haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich.
Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen .

Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage für uns. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich noch schöner dort, weil man vor dem Zimmer eine Sitzmöglichkeit hat, sehr ruhig, obwohl sehr zentral gelegen.

Gute Lage, zentral in Friedrichshagen, gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Frühstück, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Cons:

Bäder müssten mal saniert werden.

Für das Frühstück und Personal würde ich wieder hier schlafen.
Pros:

Gratis Hausschuhe+Wasser+Sekt, Bett überraschend bequem. Gastfreundschaft von feinsten. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum - osteuropäisch angehaucht, Pfannkuchen frisch an den Platz, Fischhäppchen...

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung könnte für den Preis ansprechender sein.

Die außerordentlich freundliche Gastgeberin und das tolle Frühstück haben uns begeistert.Der Innenhof mit Markiesen an jeder Zimmereinheit ,mit Tischchen und Stühlen davor.Und natürlich der perfekt gelegene Standort.Immer wieder gern!!!
