Cons:

Unterkunft ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht mehr. Die Sauberkeit und die Reinigung haben großes Potential. Ärgerlich war der erneut komplizierte und technisch verbesserungsfähige Bezahlvorgang mit erneuter Doppelabbuchung.

Nice inn, terrible management company.
Pros:

The hotel is cozy, breakfast is tasty, with more stuff to choose from that one would expect from a relatively small place like this. Importantly hot water in the shower is reliable. Staff is friendly when you see them, which is not frequently.

Cons:

Check in, payment, and customer support handled by the holding company "stayfritz" and is really bad. They insist on checking in via website. Website does not work, throwing error messages. Attempt to resolve the problem via email results in a frustrating conversation with an AI. First invoice is for a sum smaller than booking.com quote (saying "breakfast cost included), then two days into the stay a second invoice appears with the charge for breakfast. I got an impression that the system is AI-coded. Will avoid hotels managed by stayfritz in the future.

Lage, Ruhig. Sauber

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer gans keinen Wasserkocher oder Tee. Kaffee.. Eigentlich wäre super gewesen wenn wir am Abend auf dem Balkon mit Tee diese wunderbare Aussicht genießen könnten ☺️

Zu viel Geld für schlechte Leistung.

Die Lage, der Frühstücksraum, der Wintergarten.

Cons:

Die Sauna ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Licht darin unmöglich. Die Betten machen Rückenschmerzen. Das Sofa hat keine Federung und riecht nach Schimmel. Ich empfehle zwei schöne Fernsehsessel mit einem runden Beistelltisch. Schön wäre auch eine Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wasser. Im Übrigen hängen die Kabel des Fernsehers unmöglich an der Wand... Wie wäre es mal mit Feng Shui?

Great place
Pros:

Great location. Room is comfy and the view to the mountains and lake is so beautiful! Fast self check in and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options! We loved it and will be back!

Relaxing at the mountain with great view towards the lake.
Pros:

I enjoy a lot the breakfast and the fact that that there where some saunas, it invites you to relax after a day of walking in the mountains . There was a lot of people in the hotel but you do not notice that at all.

Cons:

What I didn’t like that much is that there was no small refrigerator in the room or a water cookers in the room. I think that is something I really miss, as you can not use the kitchen all the time .

Cons:

Das ist kein Hotel! Hätte es Pension im 80er Jahre Style geheißen und halb so viel gekostet, könnte man hier eine gute Bewertung abgeben.
Preisleistung null gegeben. Man hat nur Kontakt zur KI oder zu bestimmten Zeiten am Telefon. Keine Rezeption niemand vor Ort. In der abgewrackten Mini Sauna ist das Licht kaputt. Wie gesagt, wenn man kein Hotel erwartet und das günstig bekommen würde ist es ok. So ist es abzocke und verars.....
