Pros:

Die Lage war ok.

Cons:

Das ganze Haus ist eine Baustelle, in der Nacht hat es gezogen da die Tür unten Aufstand und die Fenster recht alt sind. Kein richtiger check in möglich, Abfertigung an der Tür.

Es gab 2 Handtücher 1 Fußhandtuch ( dusche)
Es gab ein Föhn , Im schrank ein Ventilator und Heizung

Gute Lage , Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe und gute Anbindung zum bus , straßenbahn und sbahn

Cons:

Kein Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Fernseher Funktionierte nicht und aus den wlan wurde man immer mal wieder rausgehauen. Kaputte Steckdosen. Das Hotel lag direkt an der Straße. Das Haus sehr hellhörig . Am Hotel war ein Baugerüst da einige Schäden am Gebäude waren . Darauf aufmerksam wurde man nicht gemacht. Auch nicht das Reperaturen stattfinden. Reperaturen begannen schon morgens um 8 uhr sodass der Schlaf vorzeitig beendet wurde durch den Lärm.

Am Abend dachte man , man ist einem Club als in einem Hotel. Lautstarke Musik die von unten kam weil jemand als DJ auflegte und es schallte extrem laut durchs haus . Und das ging bis 22:30. Rücksicht auf hotelgäste wurde diesbezüglich nicht genommen . Auch nicht dann als man eine Verantwortliche darauf aufmerksam machte wie laut es ist. Es kam keine Entschuldigung und man hatte das Gefühl das interessierte die gar nicht.

L'hotel era in via di ristrutturazione quindi non era tutto in buone condizioni, ma le camere erano pulite e un bel bagno. La titolare simpatica e disponibile

Akzeptables Ausweichquartier, wenn mal wieder wegen Messe alle bezahlbaren Hotels in Stadtnähe ausgebucht sind.
Pros:

Unterkunft liegt in Stadtnähe (nur 3 Stationen mit der S-Bahn).

Cons:

Hotel wird gerade renoviert, innen und außen. Zimmer sind (noch?) sehr einfach, die Kirche in der Nähe nervt die ganze Nacht. Abends kein warmes Wasser.

Für unseren kurzen Zwischenstop war es ausreichend aber mehr nicht

Die Ventilatoren waren zur Kühlung sehr hilfreich!

Cons:

Wegen der Renovierungsbaustellen war das Angebot sehr heruntergefahren. Kaum Personal anwesend und kein TV oder sonstige Unterhaltungsangebote verringerte den Komfort. Nach der Renovierung ist es sicherlich besser in einem schönen alten Fachwerkhaus.
