Schöne Lage am Venner Moor
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und auch mit unserer kleinen Tochter total herzlich. Das Apartment bot sehr viel Platz. Die Lage ist trotz direkter Straßenlage sehr idyllisch. Wenige Gehminuten und man steht im Venner Moor. Hühner direkt am Haus. Die Gastronomie war sehr gut. Sehr üppiges Frühstück mit frischen Obst, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch und Frühstücksraum sehr schick und gemütlich. Auch das Restaurant am Abend bot gehobenes Niveau, aber war gleichzeitig gemütlich genug um sich auch mit Kleinkind (inkl Pommes für eben dieses) wohlzufühlen. Betten bequem

Cons:

Es gab eine recht große Diskrepanz zwischen dem eigentlichen Hotelkomplex/der Gastro und unserem Apartment. Dieses lag in einem hinteren Teil des Hotels und konnte mit dem Ambiente und der Qualität der Gastronomie nicht mithalten. Duschvorhang müsste mal dringend ersetzt werden, Spüle lief nur schlecht ab, Tapeten lösten sich zum Teil. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber das Apartment wirkte etwas vernachlässigt.
Zudem war erst mit unserer Ankunft die Heizung eingeschaltet worden, so dauerte es sehr lang, bis die Räume eine angenehme Temperatur hatten

Pros:

De ruime kamer en badkamer. De ligging was heel rustig. Een gezellig, klein hotel.

Cons:

Er was geen minibar in deze kamer en geen koffie. Wel hebben we daarvoor compensatie gekregen!

Gezellig, kleinschalig hotel. Ruime, sfeervolle kamer met heerlijke douche. Prima restaurant en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wandelgebied vlakbij en goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Münster.

Durch irrtümliche Fehlbuchung telefonisch den Aufenthalt um einen Tag später vereinbart.
Bei Ankunft unhöfliches Verhalten der Inhaberin.
Dadurch leider von Check-in absehen müssen.
Schade, aber man muss sich als Gast nicht alles gefallen lassen.

Alle Zimmer sind sehr groß, individuell, sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich und es wird immer noch ein leckeres Dinner gezaubert.

Pros:

Mooie grote kamer, schoon. Lekker ontbijt en diner. Gezellig.
Omgeving ook erg leuk om te wandelen, natuurgebied. Münster vlakbij, leuke kerstmarkt.

Top lekker uitgerust en de dag weer fris begonnen.
Pros:

zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en even de mail werken in de lounche was geen probleem
