Cons:

Es hat penetrant nach Putzmitteln gerochen im Zimmer. Nachts sehr laut da Fenster nicht dicht. Fernseher sehr unpraktisch angebracht. Insgesamt lieblos aber okay.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für eine zentrale Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, freundlicher Empfang, einfache Zimmer, dem günstigen Preis voll angemessen. Gute Ausstattung des Zimmers mit Bügeleisen und Wasserkocher/Becher. Teebeutel sind selbst mitzubringen.

Cons:

Warmwasser hat lange gedauert, bis es im Zimmer ankam. In der Gegend sind Parkplätze kaum verfügbar, mit Parkbeschränkung werktags max 3h. Man muß ins Parkhaus.

Zentral, gut und günstig
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut: 4 Min. zu Fuß vom Martin-Luther-Platz entfernt (alle Busse vom Hbf halten dort)! Sehr gut besetzte Rezeption, sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück mit prima Brötchen vom Bäcker, tgl. wechselndes Angebot, frisches aufgeschnittenes Obst, günstig!

Sporadische saubere Unterkunft
Pros:

Über die Sauberkeit kann ich nichts negatives sagen.

Cons:

Es hat stark nach Farbe (Lack) im Zimmer gerochen. Fenster offen lassen war Aufgrund der Lautstärke aber keine Option. Der Duschvorhang könnte mal erneuert werden. Das Hotel wäre für weniger Geld pro Nacht attraktiver . Es ist einfach zu teuer.

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Zentrum und zur Uniklinik.

Cons:

Zimmer doch ziemlich klein, wobei für 2 Übernachtungen und wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren, war es ok. Probleme mit dem heisswasser. Man musste es ziemlich lange laufen lassen bis es warm wurde.
