If you are arriving by car, the address for the property's car park is: Robert-Blum-Platz. There are marked parking bays on the front. The driveway is reachable on the right at Ostseeallee 22 or on the left at Ostseeallee 17. ( The cost per night is 13,50€ subject to availability).

Super Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, das Meer und die Innenstadt sind sehr schnell wenige Meter zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war schön groß, komfortabel und sauber.
Schöne Anlage, eigene Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte nicht viel Auswahl und wurde selten aufgefüllt. Getränke und Dinge wie Rührei kosten extra.
Die Tiefgarage ist ziemlich eng befahrbar und die Parkplätze ziemlich teuer.

Ich müsste hier so viel aufführen. Deshalb nur der dezente Hinweis auf die vorhandenen negativen Bewertungen, welche ich mir besser vorher mal durchgelesen hätte und welche die Zustände in der "Villa(?) Seebach" sehr gut beschreiben.

Wir würden das Hotel nie wieder besuchen. Empfehlung falls man doch dort übernachtet, Frühstück am besten selbst mitbrin

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Frühstück unterirdisch. Total spartanisch. Nur Weizenbrötchen, leere Käse u Wurstplatten. Von selbstgemachter Marmelade war nichts zu sehen. Müsli, Joghurt u Milch gab es auch nicht. Für Rührei u gekochtes Ei u alles weitere muss extra bezahlt werden. Mühe wird sich in diesem Hotel absolut nicht gegeben. Wenn man in der Dusche steht dann hat man gleich ein Fußbad, weil das Wasser kaum abläuft. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Extrahaus. Das ist leider auch nicht zu empfehlen. Unsere Tisch hatte ein zu kurzes Bein und wurde mit dem Taschentuch wahrscheinlich vom Vorgänger ausgeglichen. Die Bettwäsche war auch schon uralt und lumpig. Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen.

Es war ganz okay, sehr ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Bei unsere Ankunft hat es sehr nach Nikotin ggf. Rauch gerochen beim Empfangs Bereich. Nicht sehr schön. Der Kaffee im Zimmer war alle, bei unsere Ankunft. Im Bad war der Zulauf oder Ablauf defekt, somit ist das Wasser rausgelaufen, wo immer das auch her kam. Der Fernseher hatte nur 4-5 Programme. Extra kosten für das eine oder andere.
