Très bon rapport qualité/prix : je recommande
Pros:

L'hôtel était très propre, au calme et à proximité d'Europapark (environ 10min à pied).
Nous avons également été ravi par l'accueil : le personnel était agréable, souriant et disponible. Et le petit déjeuner était très bon.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci !

Sauber, sehr freundlich - wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das R&J wärmstens weiter.
Pros:

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kids eine Nacht im R&J verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, das Personal/die Besitzerfamilie war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück wunderbar und das Zimmer/Hotel sauber sowie zweckmässig. Wir freuen uns, bald wieder zurück zu kehren.

Cons:

Die Betten für die beiden 14jährigen waren für eine Nacht ok, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würden wir uns überlegen, allenfalls ein zweites Zimmer mit "normalen" Betten zu mieten.

Pros:

Funcionárias gentis e sempre disponíveis. Providenciaram um excelente café da manhã para toda a família.

Overall is really good
Pros:

Basic but clean for me being clean is really important, really convenient location.

Cons:

I think it’s a little overpriced. I guess German prices, but I can’t complaint anything from the hotel itself

Sehr sauber und unkompliziert
Pros:

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel. Aufgrund der Sauberkeit würden wir uns rund um den Europapark immer wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. Unkompliziert, reibungsloser Ablauf, sauber.

Schönes kleines Hotel, in dem man sich super ausruhen kann.
Pros:

Klein, ruhig und vor allem gemütlich. Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und das abends im 20:30 Uhr.
