In der Altstadt gelegen, wenige Minuten zum Schloss. Eigene Parkplätze vorhanden. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Super uhriges Lokal mit fantastischem Essen. Sehr reichliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Leises brummen eines Motors war immer im Zimmer zu hören.

Hervorragende Übernachtung in einem hübschen Städtchen
Pros:

Super Lage in der Innenstadt. Pizzeria gleich nebenan. Fahrrad konnte eingeschlossen werden. Schönes renoviertes Bad. Leckeres Frühstück. Ruhig zum schlafen.

Historic Hotel in the Heart of Schmalkalden
Pros:

This is an historic hotel in the heart of Schmalkalden. Everything in the historic town is within easy reach on foot, and the property provided on-site parking. I did not have breakfast during this stay, but have on a previous stay and it was very good.

Cons:

While the hotel is very well cared for, clean and comfortable, there are signs of wear such as the carpet on the stairs, which could use a refresh. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and bright.
