Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in zentrale Lage zur Altstadt.
Parken kann man in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, groß, modern und sehr sauber.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles für einen guten Start in den Tag.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem wunderschönen Hotel an der Mosel und waren rundum begeistert.

Das Hotel ist modern, hell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – in jeder Ecke gibt es etwas Neues zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind hell, groß und freundlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Bad sauber und schön groß.Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen herrlichen Blick auf die Mosel und einen sonnigen Balkon – einfach perfekt, um die Atmosphäre zu genießen.

Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: eine große Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr ansprechend präsentiert – hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem Personal: durchweg freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Wir können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Für uns gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Höchstens zu bemerken. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt mit einem größeren Auto ist schon etwas kniffelig. Aber durchaus machbar.

Relaxing stay in quaint town.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with relaxing, private jacuzzi in the room. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. (Thank you for the fresh scrambled eggs and waffels!)

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Mosel (in "zweiter Reihe", also kein Moselblick), das Hotel wirkt sehr neu und sauber, die Zimmer sind gefühlt absolut riesig, vor allem für den Preis Ende Februar, die Betten sind super gemütliche Boxspring. Das Highlight: Das großartige Frühstück! Neben den üblichen Sachen wie Brötchen und Müsli kann man sich Waffeln machen, es gibt Hefekränze, Kuchen und andere zahlreiche süße Snacks, Tomaten-Mozzarella und und und. Wirklich toll!

Cons:

Winziges Manko: Die Badtür ist eine Schiebetür, die nicht ganz dicht schließt. Muss man mögen.
