Pros:

- sehr ruhiges Haus, welches am Ende einer Straße liegt
- der Fahrstuhl war sehr praktisch
- die Matratze war schön fest
- sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Es gibt nur wenige, sehr enge Parkplätze vor Ort.
Der Fußboden auf dem Balkon hatte etliche Stolperfallen.

Alle im Haus sehr freundlich und bei extra Wünschen wirklich sehr bemüht.
Man(n) hat den Eindruck gewonnen, das hier eine Familie mit Herz tätig ist.
Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt- der Geb.Tag- Tisch war sehr nett dekoriert.

Netter Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch ein früherer Check-in war möglich. Das Hotel liegt recht nahe zur Therme und Kurpark. Zimmer sind geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eigentlich recht ruhig, nur befindet sich das Zimmer 308 direkt über den Aufenthaltsraum. Wenn dort eine kleine Feier ist, Kinder spielen etc. hört man das sehr deutlich im Zimmer. Das Zimmer sollte man nur noch im Notfall oder ggf. mit Abschlag vermieten. Punktabzug gibt es aber für die durchgelegene Matratze. Die gehören erneuert.

Ich hätte das Hotel nicht gebucht wenn mir das vorher bekannt gewesen wäre.
Cons:

Das "Phantom-Restaurant": Das Hotel wirbt groß mit seinem Restaurant. Selbst im Schaukasten direkt vor dem Eingang hängt eine einladende Speisekarte aus. Beim Check-in dann die Ernüchterung: Das Restaurant ist komplett geschlossen.
• Die Begründung: Auf Nachfrage wurde Personalmangel angeführt. Dafür habe ich in der heutigen Zeit grundsätzlich Verständnis – ABER: Dann darf man nicht online und sogar physisch am Gebäude damit werben.

I never even got there as I didnot get my keycode. I talked to two different members on the phone in the morning before my planned travel. They assured me it would be sent via email.
It wasnot. On Friday I was on a workshop in Uelzen the whole day and who would take the risk of driving to a hotel where
nobody waited for me, esp. not an accessible room?
