Absolut einzigartige Lage, der Blick aus dem Zimmer ist unvergesslich! Das Essen war durch die Bank sehr lecker !

Cons:

Wellnessbereich sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen, könnte sich optisch anpassen. Schlechter erster Eindruck, hatten das Gefühl wir wurden vergessen, Begrüßungssekt wurde erst auf Nachfrage gebracht.

Once in a Lifetime Hotel
Pros:

The views (especially from spa), location, mattress, room, tranquillity and food.

Cons:

1) No one told us to prebook massages for a cost so when we went to book a massage we were told there was no option of a massage. There are only a maximum of 20 guests so a massage for every guest is a reasonable expectation when the hotel calls itself a wellness retreat. This is what did not meet my expectation as I received an email from the hotel the day of our stay saying "Get ready to be pampered".
2) The barking dog in the room next to ours.
3) The road is only wide enough for 1 car so you can only travel up to the hotel from 15 mins past every hour to 40 mins to every hour and only travel down from every hour until 10 mins past the hour ie 2pm until 2.10pm.

Een sprookje op 1.200 meter hoogte!
Wat een betoverende plek! Het hotel is prachtig, met oog voor detail en een warme sfeer.
We hebben genoten van een heerlijke lunch en een fantastisch diner – echte verwennerij.
De gastvrijheid was optimaal: vriendelijk, attent en oprecht hartelijk.
Een verblijf om nooit te vergeten. We komen heel graag terug!

Perfect romantic getaway with unsurpassed wow factor
Pros:

Superb choice for breakfast, outstanding evening meal, but the location is second to none. 360 degree mountain views. Couldn't fault the staff and cannot think of a more romantic destination hotel.

Cons:

Hard to think of anything negative- we had an idyllic time

Enttäuschung
Pros:

Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Unfreundliche, überhebliche Mitgäste. Nach Beschwerde beim Personal keine Änderung. (Bitte um einen anderen Tisch - wurde komplett ignoriert!!)
Zudem wurde ich beim Frühstückstisch nicht bedient- musste Kaffee selber aus der Küche holen. Die Bedienung hat mich wohl absichtlich "übersehen".
Wellnessbereich total unprofessionell geführt, niemand wusste Bescheid.
Im Badezimmer lagen schwarze Haare auf dem Boden u es befanden sich Spinnweben an der Decke. Abfalleimer wurde nicht geleert, obwohl übervoll.
Fazit: Komplette Enttäuschung - nie wieder BoutiqueHotel Blaue Burg.

Sehr schönes 2 Tagesaufenthalt. Gerne wieder - auch länger
Pros:

Sehr gutes Personal. Sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich

Das Essen war umwerfend. Vom Frühstück über Kuchen zum Abendmenü war alles außergewöhnlich köstlich

Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen

Die Lage auf dem Berg ist super. Blicke zur Zugspitze, Schloss Neuschwanstein und in die norddeutsche Ebene!

Cons:

Ein kleines Gym täte noch gut. Das Spa ist super
