Very awkward service, lots of inconveniences. There's nowhere nearby to eat for people who prefer cuisine other than
Pros:

Rude behavior from customers in restaurants, rude children from local families pushing other customers at the buffet if they need to get something without waiting in line, and their parents not supervising them, along with extremely unfriendly restaurant staff. The reception staff is polite, but there's absolutely no way to communicate with foreign customers other than a telephone translator. None of the staff speaks any foreign language.

Cons:

The facades of the hotel building are very dirty (especially the glass blocks)
