Pros:

Sauber und komfortabel, Lage etwas außerhalb. Mit meinen Klapprad habe ich dennoch alles gut erreichen können.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ganz ausgezeichnet, da blieb kein Wunsch offen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht klimatisiert und das Fenster ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen. Bei den tropischen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm, wir haben teilweise die Tür zum Flur mit einem Stuhl offen gehalten um zu lüften.
Trotzdem ein Restaurant in der Ausschreibung genannt wurde, stand dieses nicht zur Verfügung und es wurde gesagt, dass es nur gelegentlich geöffnet sei.

Gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut - dicht am Aasee und am Zoo, tagsüber mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Frühstückbüffet war sehr gut - es lohnt sich, frühzeitig dazusein. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Gästehaus ist spät abends mit den Nachtbuslinien nur schwer erreichbar, sie fahren nur selten.
Trotz Nachtruhe kommt es vor, dass Reisegruppen bis nachts um 2 Uhr noch vor der Bar feiern.
Die besonderen Kissen, die man auch kaufen kann, waren eher unbequem.

Cons:

Beim ersten Frühstück waren zunächst alle Aufschnittplatten abgeräumt, das Rührei war kalt. Die Aufschnittplatten wurden später erneuert.
Ich finde es nicht gut, wenn Teppichböden in den Zimmern sind, aus hygienischen Gründen.
