Das Frühstück ist schon sehr gut und alles frisch.

Cons:

Haare im Waschbecken und Bett, die Matratze müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden und das Pläsier(Dachfenster)überprüft werden!

Wir hatte eine entspannte Zeit auf der Insel und können das Hotel Bruns nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Frühstücksraum, Tische mit Tischdecken, tolle zentrale Lage, Nachts kein Lärm, helles nettes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Koffer, Schuhe etc.

Cons:

Spontan fällt mir nichts ein.

Das außerordentlich gute Frühstück, sowie die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden, einfach super! Einzelzimmer zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen seitens der Hotelleitung: In der ersten Nacht hatte eine Schürfwunde an meinem Bein etwas nachgeblutet, der Bettbezug musste gewechselt werden, was innerhalb der Zimmerreinigung innerhalb einer Minute geschah. Dafür wurden mir 25,00€ in Rechnung gestellt, die Höhe des Betrages fand ich übertrieben.

Das Frühstück war wirklich gut

Cons:

Schlechter Zugang mit Koffern zum Hotel und keine Hilfe bei den Treppen. Teilweise unfreundlich. Es gab sehr nette Mitarbeiter aber auch richtig unhöfliche die leider den Eindruck erweckt haben unerwünscht zu sein. Es ist unfassbar laut und die Flure werden schon ab 6:50 gesaugt was einen jeden Morgen unsanft weckt
In den Zimmern überall Teppich und die Betten sind nicht gemütlich.

Mein Lieblingshotel auf Norderney
Pros:

Das immer freundliche Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben die Mitarbeitenden im Frühstücksraum. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel und die tolle Lage in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Die Lage und das Zimmer,das sehr freundliche Personal im Frühstücksraum!!! Das reichhaltige Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Die Begrüßung beim Einchecken!! Kein herzlich Willkommen,kein wie war ihre Anreise, kein Lächeln,sondern kurz und knapp : sie sind zu früh !! Wir wussten das und wollten nur unsere Koffer unterstellen. Kommen sie um 14:30 wieder war die Aussage. Neue Kollegin um 14:35 gleiches Procedere. Nach kurzer Diskussion wurde uns eine Ausnahme gewährt, da das Zimmer fertig war. Die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück haben etwas die unfreundliche Begrüßung gemildert. Trotz allem überlegt man beim nächsten Mal, welches Hotel wähle ich. Es ist schade, es war unser 2ter Urlaub im Hotel Bruns und beim erstenmal haben wir es gänzlich anders erlebt.
