Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ideal – gute Lage direkt am Dreiländereck
Pros:

Wir feierten im Dreiländereck einen Geburtstag und buchten das Hotel für 1 Nacht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es bestens geeignet. Frühstück ist gut und kann auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Shopping- und Parkmöglichkeiten im Haus.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für unseren Zweck war es tipptopp. Da das Hotel in einem Einkaufszentrum liegt und wir am Samstag angereist sind, war die Parkplatzsuche umständlich und zeitaufwendig.

La habitación no estaba limpia había arañas y las instalaciones son viejas! No tienen aire acondicionado! Hacia tanto calor que no pudimos dormir bien! La ducha estaba sucia y era demasiado pequeña. Les falta letreros para ubicar el hotel y el parquedero!. Como es un centro comercial te pierdes muy rápido! Así que fue una lucha encontrarlo.etc

Hotter than hell and broken shower
Pros:

Free parking and good location on our route from Europa Park to Basel. Nice view from roof top bar of the Rhine and cool that it is right on the border of France and Switzerland. The room size was great, very big with two different bedrooms as well as big storage in hall.

Cons:

Firstly the parking is crazy. You have to go all the way to level six to park, then get the lift down to the ground floor, walk around to the front of the car park, find a hidden lift, go to level 6 to find Reception, then after check in you go through to yet another lift to go to level 5- which is apparently the level that hell is because it got hotter and hotter as we got to our room, and unbelievable inside the room was even hotter! And this was not a particularly hot day, it had been about 27°C max in the day. The window in one bedroom only opened a crack and the other room the window did open fully but the road was too noisy outside to keep.open all night. The room had 2 fans but only one worked. The shower in the bathroom was also awful- sagged down so you couldn't get under it, and the water flowed out in big drops. We told reception about our issues but they were uninterested.
Check out at 11am we thought was a bonus but my husband couldn't stay in the room, it was that hot! Getting back to the car was another mission - just a crazy lay out. I was really disappointed overall.

Irreführend 2 Hotels in einem
Pros:

Das Personal war nett und freundlich und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Hatten erst das falsche Zimmer und mussten dann nochmal umziehen. Irreführend war auch, dass es zwei Hotels in einem waren und manche Infos, wie zum Beispiel dass alle Zimmer klimatisiert und modernisiert sind nur für das "bessere" Hotel galten.

Just ok for a night
Pros:

The staff was really nice and the location was spot on for us. We were traveling back to the Netherlands from Italy.

Cons:

However the building was so confusing: reception on the 6th floor and our room was on the 5th floor and we had to walk 10 mins to get to our room; it felt like a labyrinth. Also, the room said non smokers but it smelled like smoke. Since we arrived late at 1am we did not want go back and change room but yeah it was not nice considering the room was at a very warm temperatures when we arrived and no airco. Just a tiny ventilator.
