Please note that the reception is located on the 6th floor of the Rheincenter shopping center. Guests who expect to arrive late have to enter the building through the parking garage. Please use the doorbell at the entrance of the parking garage to open the gate. After you have passed the gate, there is a elevator on the right and on the left which will bring you to Hotel Dreiländerbrücke.

Free parking spaces are available at the Rheincenter shopping center. Other parking spaces are available nearby for a daily surcharge. In any case, guests can park near the hotel entrance for up to 30 minutes to unload and load luggage. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Top Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. Für jeden etwas dabei. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. -Mehr als erwartet. Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Anreise mit Auto und ab Hotel auf ÖV umsteigen - kein Problem - Anbindung direkt vor der Tür - direkt nach Basel -Messe-Theater City-TOP.

Cons:

Pulizia carente, moquette vecchia. Mobili tenuti male. Vasca del bagno scrostata. Parcheggio al 5°/6° piano del centro comemrciale quindi bisogna attraversare tutto per poter arrivare in hotel e registrare la targa. Peccato che poi ci sia arrivata una multa da pagare (per cui abbiamo fatto ricorso e ce l'hanno cancellata), quindi fate attenzione al momento della registrazione....e pure dopo!

Schimmel im Badezimmer, Badezimmer war nicht richtig geputzt, überall waren Haare.
Schimmel und schmutz bei der Fensterleibung im Zimmer. Die Seife im Badezimmer war leer.

Die schlimmste Nacht meines Lebens. Das Zimmer roch nach nassem Hund, der Nachbar hat bei offenem Fenster geraucht und laut telefoniert. Ich bin um 4 Uhr in die Lobby und habe gewartet dass das Frühstück losgeht.

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage mit exzellenter Verkehrsanbindung. Kostenloses Parken im Parkhaus.

Cons:

Der Weg vom Parkhaus zum Hotel führt durch ein Einkaufszentrum. Mit Gepäck ist das schon etwas herausfordernd, und man hätte das vorher besser kommunizieren können.
Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber der Uralt-Teppich unappetitlich fleckig und bedarf dringend eines Austauschs. Die Wege im Hotel sind teilweise extrem lang.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Restaurant sollte überprüft werden.

Das Frühstücksbuffet was super, das Personal sehr freundlich

Unser Zimmer roch nach Friteuse. Das Verdunkelungs rollon war defekt und Dunklete nicht gut ab. Under der Tûr was ein grosser spalt man hörte alles aus dem Flur und das Licht was stark sichbar unter der Tûr hindurch

Prinzipiell zu empfehlen, was Lage und Ort angeht. am Krisenmanagement kann gearbeitet werden.

Die Unterkunft war prinzipiell in Ordnung. Wir haben Upgrade bekommen und warenmit dem Zimmer prinzipiell sehr zufrieden. Allerdings funktionierte die Dusche nicht wirklich richtig. Den Duschkopf konnte man nicht nach oben fahren, weil die Halterung kaputt war. Ich habe das sofort bei Ankunft reklamiert, aber es wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Problem mit dir nicht funktionieren. Seifenspender habe ich selbst gelöst.
