Please note that the reception is located on the 6th floor of the Rheincenter shopping center. Guests who expect to arrive late have to enter the building through the parking garage. Please use the doorbell at the entrance of the parking garage to open the gate. After you have passed the gate, there is a elevator on the right and on the left which will bring you to Hotel Dreiländerbrücke.

Free parking spaces are available at the Rheincenter shopping center. Other parking spaces are available nearby for a daily surcharge. In any case, guests can park near the hotel entrance for up to 30 minutes to unload and load luggage. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Wir haben das Zimmer wechseln dürfen für einen Aufpreis.
Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Maximilian war heruntergewohnt, wahnsinnig eng und warm, Badewanne statt Dusche, lange, verwinkelte Flure bis zum Zimmer, Ausstattung nicht mehr zeitgemäß, trotz warmer Außentemperatur viel zu warme Winterbettdecken, unbezogene Kissen haben den kleinen Schrank vollgestopft.

Dramatisch. En bloedheet.

Eigenlijk niets

Cons:

Op een dag dat het 32 graden is je klanten in een kamer stoppen met slechts een ventilator die net zo veel herrie maakt als een straaljager. Bloedheet was het en dan geef je ook nog een kamer weg op de zijde waar de avondzon op staat. Het was niet te doen om de temperatuur enigszins omlaag te krijgen. Parkeren in het weekend was eveneens een drama gelet op de koppeling met een heel druk winkelcentrum erbij.

Super zentral gelegen, Zimmer ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Kitchenette im Zimmer, so dass man die Möglichkeit hätte, es zu kochen/erwärmen plus Kühlschrank.
Super vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Auf Wunsch gibt es Korb mit glutenfreiem Brot.

- kompetente Auskunft über ÖV-Tickets

Cons:

kompliziertes Kartenmanagement: Fitness erfordert eine eigene Karte, dafür muss Zimmerkarte an der Réception abgegeben werden. Und wenn die Gym-Karte dann nicht einmal funktioniert, kommt man überhaupt nirgends mehr rein.

Es hat alles super geklappt, wir waren positiv überrascht, die Reinigung könnte etwas besser sein!

Das Hotel hat eine gute lage, die Aussicht war super, Die Anmelde und Informations Modalitäten waren einfach und verständlich, Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super, Frühstücken auf der Terrasse war herrlich. Das Personal war sehr höflich und für meinen Geschmack, kompetent und hat sich super um alles gekümmert!

Cons:

Im Badezimmer um die Dusche war es sehr schutzig. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und doch ziemlich voll, das Klappsofa ist auf der hinterseite nicht stabil, es ist einige male runtergeklappt!
