Family style friendly place
Pros:

Overall - cozy town with cozy small (family run?) hotel. Staff - very friendly. Very cozy biergarten next to hotel (same owner). Room very spacious. Breakfast was interesting: they've prepared a set and left in signed lunchbox at the fridge (like one's mom would leave :) - feeling like home)

Cons:

if they'd add a carpet in the guestroom (nice it's hardwood) - would make it a bit more warm/cozy. But guess it's a personal preference.
If the door is closed (i did not see a dedicated reception) - the owners are likely serving in the biergarten
