Hotel gut, die Rezeption leider nicht mit Fachpersonal besetzt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ruhig, das Bad war schön und modern. Das Personal war prinzipiell freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Check out unerfreuliche Überraschungen. Die junge Frau an der Rezeption hatte noch zwei Frühstücke offen, die ich bezahlen sollte. Selbst als ich die booking.com Rechnung mit „Frühstück inclusive“ vorlegte, beharrte sie darauf, dass dies nur die Zimmerrechnung wäre. Bezahlt war alles bereits über Apple Pay. Es bedurfte dann noch zwei längerer Telefonate und dem Hinzuziehen einer weiteren Angestellten, bis ich nach ca. 10 Minuten die Rezeption von der Richtigkeit meiner Angaben überzeugen konnte. Eine Entschuldigung für das fehlerhafte Verhalten der Rezeption erfolgte nicht. Schade.

Trotz der Kritik habe ich mich im Hotel wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen in allen Bereichen!

Cons:

Erfreulicherweise hatte mein Zimmer einen Balkon. Dieser lag aber direkt über dem Frühstücksbereich und dem Aussensitzbereich, auf dem geraucht wurde. Durch die Nähe zum Speiseraum wurde man sehr früh am Morgen durch das Eindecken der Tische sowohl drinnen als auch im Aussenbereich geweckt.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt ist aber sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, ich habe den großen Sessel nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag sehr genossen!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
