Wunderschöne Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Ein Ort, an dem man sich perfekt vom Alltag erholen kann

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, bei dem man über eine Treppe ins Schlafzimmer kam. Vielleicht wäre es eine gute Idee, entlang der Treppe Leuchten mit Bewegungsmeldern anzubringen,falls man nachts nach unten zur Toilette muss

Wunderbares Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Sonst wie immer sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Man darf einfach Gast sein.
Pros:

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Rosendomizil. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Cons:

Weniger Ruhe im „Wohnzimmer“ durch den Winterzauber im Innenhof-ist schade.

Service sehr freundlich, Ausstattung stilvoll und behaglich, die Lage toll, das Café mit Kamin und Blick auf den See, der Saunabereich sehr ansprechend, eine wirklich sehr entspannende Massage!

Cons:

Geschmacksache, mir sind die Matratzen und die Kissen etwas zu weich.

Vom Empfang, bis hin zum Aufenthalt einfach toll. Toller Service, liebes Personal und sehr herzlich! tolles Essen, tolles Urlaubsdomizil mit reichlich Möglichkeiten!

Ein gelungener Kurzaufenthalt!
Pros:

Uns erwartete ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer im Innenhof des Hotels direkt über der Wellness-Oase. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Malchower See ist einfach traumhaft. Frühstück gab es im Restaurant - sehr lecker und vielseitig - ebenfalls mit Blick aufs Wasser und hunderten Wasservögeln.

Cons:

Bei aller Perfektion gab es einen kleinen Wehmutstropfen - das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Wenn im Wellness-Bereich (direkt unter dem Zimmer) geputzt wird, wird man morgens mit Klappergeräuschen geweckt ;-) und die Kopfkissen empfanden wir als etwas zu dünn - aber das ist warscheinlich Geschmackssache.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir hätten ein Frühstückbuffet anstelle der Etagere bevorzugt.
Allerdings war die Auswahl reichlich.
Das Café in der tollen Lage war perfekt.

Super wie immer - wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

An diesem Wochenende war es relativ ruhig in Malchow. Die Sauna war dieses Mal nicht auf ….lag aber an uns, wir hätten es sagen müssen.
