Personeel was vriendelijk, ondanks dat ze het druk hadden.

Cons:

Er ging iets fout bij aankomst. Onze kamer was niet schoongemaakt. We hebben een andere kamer gekregen. Voor de bovenste verdieping moet je wel stevige benen hebben. Er is geen lift

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, gutes Essen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von Passau und hat genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant mit einem wunderschönen Biergarten. Das Frühstück, so wie auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Stadt kann gut zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus erreicht werden.

Cons:

WLAN ist sehr schwach, liegt wahrscheinlich daran, weil man gerade an der Grenze Österreich / Deutschland ist.

Séjour agréable dans la campagne
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux bonnes nuits au Waldschloss Hotel. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde car nous étions hors saison. La chambre était très confortable, avec une grande superficie.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon.

Cons:

La seule chose qui nous a déplu c'était la cabine de douche, on l'a trouvée minuscule, impossible de bouger dedans sans se cogner plusieurs fois au robinet. Les serviettes de bain pourraient être un peu plus agréables, elles sont très fines et rêches.
