Wir waren schon häufig auf Norderney, aber würden in dieses Hotel nicht wiederkommen.

Das Frühstück war gut, nichts Außergewöhnliches - sehr freundliche Servicekraft beim Frühstück

Servicepersonal am Empfang sehr schlecht, wenig hilfsbereit

Wir sind genau in die Übernahme des neuen Betreibers gefallen. Schlechter Service bzw. keine Rezeption sind in der Preisklasse einfach nicht ok. Denke das wird sich bessern. Pech gehabt. Dafür zu teuer
