Für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Bett war bequem, Lage mitten in der Stadt, einfacher Check-In

Cons:

Dusche war voll von Schimmel und das gesamte Badezimmer dreckig

Zumindest während Bauphase auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut , aber im Prinzip ist das ganze Hotel eine Baustelle.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war winzig und darüber hinaus völlig ausgekühlt. Wenn ich weiß, dass Gäste kommen, könnte man die Heizung schon mal aufdrehen. Das Badezimmer war nicht sehr heimelig: so gibt es Schimmelstellen in der Dusche und starken Kantenrost am unteren Rand des Badheizkörpers.
Der Fernseher hat übrigens nicht funktioniert!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Kurze Aufenthalte ja, länger eher nichts für uns

Für diese Lage und den Preis echt super

Cons:

Der TV war leider nicht zu gebrauchen, sehr eng aber für den Aufenthalt wegen einer Veranstaltung für nur eine Nacht ist das absolut in Ordnung.

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Einchecken per Code war etwas holprig. Der Code scheint nicht immer zuverlässig übermittelt zu werden, gerade auch später am Abend (nicht bei mir, sondern miterlebt bei anderen Gästen)

Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr klein und nicht sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Das kein Personal dort ist und kein Frühstück unter der Woche angeboten werden sind für mich ein Grund nicht nochmal dort zu übernachten.

Pros:

Das Bad war frisch renoviert. Der Schlafkomfort in dem Bett war gut. Es wurde innerhalb von 20 Minuten auf die Beschwerde, dass keine Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden ist reagiert und ein Stuhl ins Zimmer gebracht - deshalb 4 statt 3 Punkte.

Cons:

Ich war Alleinreisender. Ausstattung mit 2 gemachten Betten auf Doppelbettcouch & 2 gemachten Betten im Doppelbett. Ansonsten vorgefunden: Kein Tisch mit ausreichender Tiefe als Schreibtisch, keine Sitzgelegenheit, kein Stuhl. Die Zimmertür erschien mir sehr leicht, d. h. keine gute Schalldämmung, Fugenabdichtung ungenügend. Den Übernachtungspreis ohne Frühstück empfinde ich persönlich als in jedem Fall völlig überteuert und unangemessen. Weitere Begriffe, die mir dazu einfallen, erspare ich mir. Ein Zimmer im 4 Stock ohne Aufzug zu diesem Preis anzubieten, die Lage und Erreichbarkeit jedoch nicht einmal zu erwähnen, geht garnicht.
