Completely unprofessional staff unresponsive treatment.
Pros:

There is nothing to like but a lot of negative posting on social media to tell all my young followers not to use this hotel.

Cons:

Room was clean and nice, as expected.What were most unpleasant are the following:
1. Instruction on Access code were dubious. Could have simply given clearer instruction on Access code - took us too long & with another family's help to decipher together what was quite a simple matter but instruction were teribble - the Access code is also the room number but one has to key in a return value first before keying the room number and then another return. Dubious instruction added an Access code with a room code - and no instruction on a return key to be done first.
2. No help rendered with complete silence from the staff - if Access code cannot be deciphered, customer will be stranded for a long time until another occupant comes along
3. No response on any difficulty or extension for late check out- incompetent staff who did not respond at all. Could have said no, if that was the answer but the very late response came after we already checked out. Very unprofessional in the hospitality industry.

We would happily stay again if we’re in the area.
Pros:

Well sized rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, quiet. Although we didn’t get to try breakfast due to an early flight the breakfast area looked quite nice and overall the property was well maintained.

Cons:

Location was ok, easy access to the train but not much around. Shower was small, but bathroom was well appointed.

Pros:

Neu eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles sauber.
Wir kamen zeitiger an und konnten in unser Zimmer obwohl dies erst ab 15 Uhr möglich war. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Schade das es kein Frühstück gab.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer auf die Straße raus. Dort ist eine Spielothek und bis die Nacht 02:00 Uhr war lautes Türknallen und Gerede zu hören. Auch saß dort ein Obdachloser der die ganze Nacht herumbrüllte .

Das Bad war sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Bettdecken waren bei Ankunft nicht bezogen, was man in einem Hotel jedoch, vor allem bei diesem Zimmerpreis, erwarten kann. Das Mobiliar ist relativ neu, jedoch sind die Zimmer etwas verwohnt. Die Schlafzimmer könnten sauberer sein / einen Anstrich vertragen. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ganz OK.

Die Lage und die Dachterasse sind super, es ist auch wunderschön renoviert worden, allerdings sollte man dann auch das I

Super Lage, sehr schon renoviert vom äußeren, auch das Bad komplett neu, alles modern mit Code als Zugangscode

Cons:

Keine Klima, kein Ventilator, leider ist das bei diesen Temperaturen unter dem Dach nicht auszuhalten…
Die Matratzen sind schon komplett durchgelegen.
Die Polster der Dachterasse komplett versüfft und verdreckt. Schade passt nicht zum Erscheinungsbild.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und man befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt

Der Spiegel im Bad hängt so hoch, dass sich kleinere Leute (1,58 cm) nicht sehen können!!!
