schönes kleines sauberes zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr kurze Wege zu den Attraktionen oder auch zu einem Bäcker. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ganz neu renoviert, wir waren anscheinend die ersten Gäste in dem Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein, alles da, perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Würzburg

Gutes Hotel in guter zentraler Lage, Hotel derzeit aber offensichtlich durch Renovierung überfordert.

Zentral gelegen. Kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt.
Ich selbst hatte das Glück, in dem bereits renovierten Teil des Hotels ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Einzelzimmer war klein, aber gut und vorallem sehr ruhig, da die Fenster in den Innenhof ausgerichtet waren.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird über Booking angeboten, und zwar mit Frühstück bzw. der Option , Frühstück vor Ort zubuchen zu können. Dem ist leider nicht so!!!!!!!
Zumindest zur Zeit nicht! Der Frühstücksraum wird seit 11 Monaten renoviert und ist derzeit geschlossen!!!!
Das ist sehr ärgerlich gewesen, dass dies falsch ausgeschrieben war! Das Hotel meint, dass sich das bei Booking nicht anders aufführen lässt.
Ich empfinde es als Vortäuschen falscher Tatsachen.

Ebenfalls lief der Check-in nicht wie angegeben. Ab 14 Uhr sollte mir ein Code zum Einchecken aufs Handy übermittelt werden, was komplett ausblieb. Auch telefonisch war niemand vom Hotel zu erreichen. Erst zwei Stunden später hatte ich endlich einchecken können. Ärgerlicher Zeitverlust bei einem Kurzaufenthalt.

Замечательная гостиница. После ремонта. Чисто, уютно. Белоснежная постель и полотенца. Недалеко от вокзала. Лёгкая регистрация. Всё понравилось.

Fazit: die Lage ist wirklich gut. Sonst lieber Finger weg
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist im wahrsten Wortsinn brandgefährlich: in den Zimmern gibt es keine Rettungswegs- & Fluchtpläne und die Brandmeldeanlage ist außer Betrieb (s. Foto). Der einzige schmale Gang zum Zimmer (4. Stock), der somit auch der Fluchtweg war, war tageweise durch Mobiliar zugestellt. Zudem ist der TÜV im Aufzug seit 5 Monaten abgelaufen (s. Bild).
Auch sonst hat das Hotel eine solche Bezeichnung nicht verdient: für 150€ / Nacht
- gibt es keine Rezeption, sondern einen Self-Check-In, der nicht reibungslos funktioniert, sondern erst, wenn man telefonisch Kontakt aufnimmt;
- ⁠ist kein Housekeeping inbegriffen;
- ⁠erhält man ein Badezimmer, das eher den Begriff „Nasszelle“ verdient hätte — es hatte keine 4qm (s. Foto);
- ⁠gibt es zwar eine Espressomaschine und Kapseln, aber keine Tassen oder Gläser (s. Foto). Wir haben auch auf Nachfrage keine erhalten.

Fazit: die Lage ist wirklich gut. Sonst lieber Finger weg!

Pros:

Das digitale Einchecken hat nicht gleich geklappt, aber es war sehr schnell eine hilfsbereite Person am Telefon.
Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber sauber und preiswert.

Cons:

Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es leider keine Tabs und der Fernseher benötigte erstmal einen Programmsuchlauf.
