In diesem Preissegment sind wir mehr für unser Geld gewohnt - Lage ist nicht alles.
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Donau, wir hatten Themenzimmer - diese dürften Geschmacksache sein, da sie teils schon exzentrische Einrichtung besaßen. Die Betten waren gut und die Lage nicht zur Donau war letztlich genau richtig, da diese Zimmer ruhig waren.
Der Empfang war professionell freundlich - man bekam direkt Infos zu Passau.
Eierspeisen beim Frühstück gab es auf Bestellung.

Cons:

Nicht alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage - bei den Preisen für die Themenzimmer doch überraschend. Überhaupt ist dieser Zimmertyp je nach Zimmer von Einrichtung, Größe und Austattung sehr unterschiedlich. Man kann wohl Glück und Pech haben.
Einen echten Fahrradraum gibt es nicht- Man stellt die Räder in eine Ecke der Tiefgarage. Diese ist tagsüber frei zugänglich. Bei mehr Fahrradreisenden düfte das schwierig werden.
Negativ aufgefallen ist uns der nicht besonders saubere Außenbereich, wo wir bei schönen Wetter unser Frühstück eingenommen haben. Wenn man so eine schöne Terasse zur Donau besitzt, ist es eine Schande, sie so zu vernachlässigen.
Und wer abends noch etwas trinken möchte, dem bleibt nur ein Selbstbedienungskühlschrank mit etwas überzogenen Preisen und besagte Terasse.
Die Rezeption schließt am frühen Abend und öffnet morgens relativ spät.

Parkplatz direkt unter Hotel, Lage sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Donau Inn Spitz, Frühstücksterasse direkt mit Blick auf die Donau und Blick zur Vespe Oberhaus, Lokale in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar,

Cons:

Minibar im Zimmer, aber nicht bestückt, dafür neben Rezepzion Kühlschrank und Snacks gegen Bezahlung zum selbernehmen,

Dejligt velbeliggende hotel i Altstadt. Værelserne er store og personalet er meget søde og imødekommende.

Sollten wir wiedermal nach Passau fahren, werden wir mit Sicherheit dieses Hotel nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage mit Donaublick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich. Die Eierspeisen wurden immer frisch zubereitet und das schmeckt dann natürlich doppelt so gut. Es gab auch einen Aufzug von der Parkgarage in die Zimmeretagen. Bei Fragen wurde einem immer weitergeholfen

Cons:

Etwas störend fand ich, das ich zweimal angerufen wurde, dass ich mein Auto um parken soll. Die hinteren Parkplätze sind sehr eng und es ist etwas kompliziert dann dort wieder auszufahrenden.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Ausstattung, Fruhstück in der Preisklasse wirklich außergewöhnlich, Lage unschlagbar. Hier fühlt man sich ab Minute 1 wohl und gut aufgehoben.
