The design and facilities are good, that only downside is a little far from the city where all the attractions are... but hey its close to the airport

Perfect place for tea lovers
Pros:

Close to Kunming airport, yet it has many great street food places around for eating, hotel is spacious and beautiful, interior is in an ancient style and it is reflected in the room. Free tea and teaware inside the room with tea presents :)

Cons:

The breakfast could use an revaml, but just go and eat outside
