Grundsätzlich das Zimmer war gemütlich, Bett angenehm und auch allgemein die Ausstattung und Größe war gut

Cons:

Allerdings war das Frühstück häufig kalt, u.a. Wurst und Eier, im Kakao, welcher auch nur paar Mal funktioniert hatte, war immer Wasser drin, außerdem schmeckte die Milch mehr nach Wasser als selbst nach Milch. Schüssel waren ebenfalls für Müsli einige Male nicht vorhanden

Zimmerservice gab es insgesamt nur am ersten Tag und am allerletzten, sodass nicht einmal Handtücher o.Ä. getauscht wurden.

Wir würden hier nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Personal (beide!) waren sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, aber leider nur zu zweit (s.u.)

Cons:

Wir haben für bier Personen gemietet und ein dreibettzimmer bekommen. Die Aufbettung sollte extra kosten, was ok gewesen wäre (auch wenn es mich überrascht hat) die Aufbettung würde aber nicht zur Verfügung gestellt (dann allerdings auch nicht berechnet)Der Fernseher war groß, die meisten Programme (z. B. ARD) standen aber nicht zur Verfügung.

Eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier war auch zu wenig. Die Dusche war ungünstig angelegt, es war nicht möglich zu duschen ohne das Badezimmer zu Fluren.
Offenbar waren nur wir Personen für Rezeption und Logistik (toilettenpapier, Frühstück) vor Ort. Für ein so großes Hotel zu wenig.

Posizione ok ,n famiglia no!

La posizione del hotel

Cons:

Il vetro della finestra della stanza era tenuta insieme dal nastro adesivo . La stanza puzzava di fumo e la moquette era piena di macchie... avevamo un cuscino in meno nonostante la prenotazione per due adulti e due bambini.
