Alles Tip Top, gerne wieder 👍🏻
Pros:

Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, alles Sauber und modern eingerichtet, wir sind mit dem e-bike gekommen.. gesicherte Garage im Hotel vorhanden. (💪🏻) Lage optimal, da wir von da an zur Passau - Wien Runde gestartet sind. Frühstück Tipp top, alles was man mag und gerne mag, auch kein billiges Dosen Zeig 😋😋

Cons:

Aufzug war leider defekt, mussten in den 4. Stock zu Fuss mit unserem Gepäck. Man(n) siehts halt sportlich 🏋🏻‍♀️

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende!
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich top, zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und am Dom. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet - sehr zum Wohlfühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in Passau sind.

Cons:

Leider war der Aufzug kaputt und unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock. Parkplätze vor Ort gab es auch nicht direkt. Knapp 1 km entfernt, da wir im 4. Stock waren, haben wir unser Gepäck dann zum Auto getragen, da wir nicht nochmal hochgehen wollte. Das war leider etwas umständlich.

Sehr zu empfehlen für ein oder zwei Nächte
Pros:

Tolle Zimmerausstattung, sehr moderner Style. Sehr feines und gemütliches Bett, großer TV, und ausreichend Kissen😊

Cons:

Die Fenster sind sehr lärmdurchlässig, man hört wirklich jedes Geräusch von der Straße 🙄

A hotel without staff present - no hotel at all
Pros:

Nothing went well. The "hotel" is essentially staffless, which we did not find out before we arrived.

Cons:

WHAT THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW - the "hotel" has no staff present. Someone comes at 15.00 for 3 hours only for check-in. After that keys are given by the restaurant in the same building. If you need anything at night you must phone Cleaners come the next morning. That is all. On booking.com all this is concealed by them. Booking.com should insist that properties with no staff present *must* make this clear. Breakfast is brought in at 7.00 by a young man on trays cooled by ice boxes - clearly prepared the day before in the restaurant with no hot dishes. We wanted an early breakfast, but were refused. The business-oriented woman in the restaurant would prepare a tray at restaurant prices, having already paid the "hotel", i.e. if we pay twice. No other staff were there at breakfast. So the hotel could have prepared early breakfast on a tray - they do this anyway - but refused. The relationship between hotel and restaurant is unclear - it is described as 'hotel-restaurant'. The fridge in the room did not work and had no shelves anyway. The TV turned off after one minute. It came back on next morning - an intermittent bad contact. No staff checked if these items worked - no staff are present. We will *not* stay in staff-less hotels in future, nomatter how they try to hide the fact.

Sehr herzliches Personal, gutes Bett, sehr sauber.Tolle Lage direkt an der Donau.
Moderne gelungene Einrichtung

Cons:

Laute Strasse, wenn man das Fenster offen haben möchte,
Kleine Zimmer, aber schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist ok, aber nichts besonderes, wir sind aber auch verwöhnt.

Die Lage, direkt an der Donau in der Altstadt ist toll. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.
Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn die Anreise besser erklärt werden würde. Unten an der Donau kann man prima anhalten, ausladen, einchecken und das Auto dann wegbringen. Oben, bei der Postadresse kann man das Auto nirgendwo lassen und hat keine Gelegenheit auszuladen.

Klasse Adresse empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich die ist super zentral zur Altstadt und direkt an der Donau. Ganz besonders ist die Gastronomie hier gibt es super leckeres Essen.
