Pleasant and memorable, but pick the room above ground floor.
Pros:

The location, room size, welcoming and very pleasant staff. Enjoyed hospitality and cozy environment. The hotel was indeed very close to main city attractions, including the city's famous spa.

Cons:

Ground floor rooms are neighbouring one of the city busiest stairs, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Lack of night staff was also a problem as there was no one to silence very noisy teenagers in the area.

Trotz dieses großen Ärgernisses zufrieden stellend!

Stadtnahe Lage, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Dass man zum Frühstück für 19 Euro nur 1 Tasse Kaffee erhält und bei einer 2 Tasse zahlen muss ist ein NO GO!!!
So etwas habe ich in 60 Jahren nirgendwo erlebt.

Lage gut, Rest eher nicht zu empfehlen…
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Einrichtung eher gediegen…

Cons:

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Beim dazu gebuchten Frühstück musste die zweite Tasse Kaffee oder Omelette zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Excellent location and stay with family
Pros:

Nice rooms big and spacious, perfect t location right on the centre and also 4 mins walk to the baths. Very nice bed and bathroom space with good shower. I really enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

There was a drinking water for free but as there was no kettle to boil tap water another jug of tap water daily would have been nice.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit der überwiegend jugendlichen Mitarbeitenden!

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren zwar nicht durchgelegen aber für mein Schkafkomfort zu weich.

Eine Alternative zum Paradekissen (80 × 80) wäre super, wie dies in vielen Hotels schon üblich ist.

Ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochende in einem schönen, gemütlichen Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel Rathausglöckel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber, und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage mitten in Baden-Baden ist super, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cons:

Leider gibt es zwei Dinge, die einen Abzug bei der Bewertung beeinflussen: Unser Fernseher im Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert, obwohl im Inserat Kabel-TV versprochen wird. Es wäre schön gewesen, nach einem langen Tag und einem feinen Nachtessen den Abend mit ein wenig gemütlichem TV-Schauen im Bett ausklingen zu lassen. Am Samstagabend hat ein junger Kellner im Restaurant gearbeitet, der sehr unfreundlich war. Wir haben ihn höflich nach Eis für unsere Getränke gefragt und seine Antwort war ziemlich passiv-aggressiv, dass es keines gibt. Dass es an einem Samstagabend kein Eis gibt, ist schon problematisch, aber dass der Kellner so unfreundlich war, fanden wir nicht so toll.

Pros:

スタッフが優しくフレンドリーだった。朝ご飯がおいしかった。近くにカラカラ浴場とフリードリヒ浴場が徒歩数分以内にあり、とても便利だった。カラカラ浴場は、バウチャーをいただいたので安く入ることができた。

Cons:

駅からGoogle Mapsで歩いて向かっていたところ、ホテル手前で長い階段があり、スーツケースを持っていたので少し辛かった。
