Pros:

The breakfast was excellent for its price. The desk staff with very helpful. Our room was clean and the AC unit worked well. It was also quiet. We would stay here again. The best thing is that it is literally a 5 minute walk to the Freidrichs Bad and 5 minute walk to restaurants, cafes and shopping.

Cons:

If you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you.

Pros:

Tolle Lage...sehr freundliche Empfang. Große Zimmer mit super Ausstattung. Alles war da ,sehr sauber und an alles gedacht für Gäste. Man ist schnell in Stadtcentrum und trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer. Parkhaus in nähe gut zu erreichen und modern.

Pros:

Mooie plek, centraal gelegen bij veel restaurants en tegenover de baden en net onder de kerk

prima bed, kamer ruim genoeg, je kunt via hotel goedkoper parkeren in een openbare parkeergarage op pasr minuten lopen

Cons:

Wij zaten naast het dakterras en dan hoor je toch iedere keer mensen op de trap.

Wonderful staff, great rooms, clean and comfortable and easy walking to everything you need.
Pros:

Once we figured out how to navigate the streets and find the hotel it was wonderful. Easy walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping, and Caracalla Spa.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't worth the money, it was fresh and nice but didn't offer much selection.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals im Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nur 1 Tag funktioniert
Der Safe war nicht zu öffnen
Die Badezimmer waren extrem klein
Entfernung zum Parkhaus sehr weit

Pros:

The staff was great, super friendly, and helpful. The location is very very close to Fredrichbath, which was amazing, we just walked down the street and got to the hot springs facility. The room was very cozy and comfortable, and the AC in the room was a huge advantage in the summer heat. plenty of restaurants in a few minutes' walk. Highly recommend.

A hidden secret in the loveliest of towns.
Pros:

I have known Baden Baden for many years and have stayed in a number of hotels there. A while back we had dinner at the Rathausgloeckel and were impressed enough to want to stay there.
We booked a room and were then upgraded to a suite at very little extra cost.
There is a rather nice roof terrace but to use it you would have to carry your own food and drink up several flights of stairs as there was no one, as far as we could see, who was assigned to that area.
The location in the old town is perfect, giving easy access to places of interest, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The air conditioning could have been more powerful. Admittedly we were there during something of a heatwave. but a second unit in the bedroom area would have helped a lot.
The only problem was the stairs! Two rather steep flights to get to our suite, about which we were advised in advance, but there was no one to help with our luggage, which was disappointing because neither of us is in the first flush of youth.
