Sadly, we won’t stay again.
Pros:

The room was as clean as the cleaners could get a room which has not had any investment, other than what looks like a new bed/mattress, for at least 20 years when we used to stay regularly. Everything, apart from the bed, is as it was 20+ years ago…. except, of course, worn out. The staff at the coffee bar, where you collect the room key, are friendly and helpful and there were good croissants available to buy at the coffee bar (good coffee) in the morning.

Cons:

The fabric of the building, (which was obviously really good when built), including outside, looks like it has not had any investment since we first stayed 20 or more years ago. It is very sad to see a building and rooms sink to such a low state. The cleaners obviously do an excellent job at making the ‘unacceptable’ just about good enough for 1 night in transit. The colour of, (what I recognise as the original) toilet seat, although ‘cleaned’, has to be seen to be believed, (as white plastic goes brown with age and cleaning materials). I feel sad for the staff who must have to work very much harder, even than the norm, to make these, beyond tired-out, rooms vaguely acceptable. I can’t imagine what the company that owns this part of the building is thinking of, with no investment into what should be a thriving motel business. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pros:

Alojamiento ideal si llevas coche, al lado de la autovía, aparcamiento gratis y a 15 minutos de Baden Baden y del aeropuerto. Se encuentra dentro de un recinto donde hay un Macdonals y cafeterías. La recepción está en la cafetería. Personal amable, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

Las almohadas, es como no tener nada.

La ventola del bagno (senza finestra) non funzionava, il rubinetto del lavandino perdeva in continuazione, diversa polvere sulle plafoniere da muro vicino alla testa del letto e poca pulizia nelle parti nascoste della camera....basterebbero poche manutenzioni e più cura particolare nelle pulizie in tutte le zone della camera per rendere più ospitale e funzionale questa struttura.

La ventola del bagno (senza finestra) non funzionava, il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno perdeva in continuazione (a goccia), un lenzuolo aveva uno strappo, diversa polvere sulle plafoniere poste vicino alla testa dei letti e segni di pulizia poco approfondita nelle zone nascoste della camera..... basterebbero poche manutenzioni pianificate, intervenire su qualche arredo e più tempo da dedicare alla pulizia completa della camera per rendere questa struttura ospitale e funzionale.
