Hotel liegt am Stadtrand im Grünen, Frühstück war gut, genügend Auswahl bei Brot und Brötchen, Muesli, Aufschnitt, Eier auf Wunsch zubereitet, das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, Schwimmbad und Sauna im Preis inbegriffen, im hauseigenen Restaurant kocht der Chef persönlich und sehr gut

Landhotel als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten im Sauerland

Sehr schöne Lage oberhalb eines kleinen Baches, großer Garten mit Liegestühlen, schöne Rundwege und Radweg an der Lahn als auch Zuwege zum Rothaarsteig in der Nähe, großer Pool 10 × 5 m in modernisierter Schwimmhalle. Sehr guter Filterkaffee beim Frühstücksbuffet. Proviant für unterwegs kann gegen Entgelt beim Frühstücksbuffet entnommen werden. Neue Boxspringbetten mit guten Daunendecken. Zimmer mit freundlichem und hellen Ambiente, modernisiert.

Cons:

Wasser im Schwimmbecken kühl, zum Bahnenschwimmen, aber ausreichend warm. Sauna-Nutzung kostet 15 € pro Stunde.

Schöner Aufenthalt,sehr leckeres Essen… die Leute beherrschen ihr Handwerk 👍

Besitzer sehr nett, guter Service,alles sehr schön, Umgebung lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein👍👍

Cons:

Weniger schön aber nicht wirklich schlimm war die Tatsache, das die Sauna extra gebucht werden muss… für uns war die Sauna ein Kriterium zur Wahl dieses Hotels, es sollte eventuell darauf hingewiesen werden, das die Nutzung eingeschränkt ist..
