Super schickes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungs-Gefälle
Pros:

Das Low/Budget - Hotel hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Es war alles da auf kleinem Platz. Ein sehr durchdachtes Konzept. Man konnte gut parken. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war sehr gut.
Gegenüber war ein nettes, preiswertes Restaurant, das voll ausgereicht hat.

Ich konnte nichts finden, was mich gestört hätte

Pros:

Gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn und die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr hart. Die Matratze liegt auf einer Holzplatte und die Matratze war leider durchgelegen.

No frills, easy and good price. Staff is very friendly
Pros:

I stayed last year at the same hotel. It was as expected. Only the location is not where I need to be in Berlin, but that was the trade off, for the very good pricing.

Cons:

I thought the room would have as standard a water kettle to make coffee / tea. But the staff was willing to lend me one. Unfortunately, it caused a fuse to break, so I was without electricity in the middle of the night before staff came to the hotel.

für eine Nacht in Ordnung
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad ibis typisch in gutem Zustand, Parkplatz vorhanden, jdeoch mindestens tagsüber auch deutlich fremdgenutzt (keine Kontrolle durch ibis z.B. durch Kennzeichenangabe), Aldi / Lidl in Laufentfernung, ebenso Dönerladen (24h)

Cons:

Rezeption beim Einchecken hätte freundlicher sein dürfen (hatte sie wohl bei der Raucherpause gestört),
Weg Hoteleingang zumParkplatz rechtlang, da die andere Eingangstür wohl zu war (nur Hintereingang)

Für mich zum Kurzzeitaufenthalt ist die Unterkunft o.k.

Für ein bis zwei Nächte o.k. Lage für mich ist o.k. weil mein Kunde nur 3 km entfernt ist. Parkmöglichkeit ist gut, Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich, Neuer Lift ist super, Handtücher waren sauber,

Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung, (Unterwäsche ect.) Getränkeautomat leer, Habe längeres Haar im Bett gefunden, zweites Bett war nicht überzogen, zweites Kopfkissen pro Schlafplatz wäre gut, Preis für Frühstück im Verhältnis zum Angebot zu teuer,
