Pros:

Jest wszystko co trzeba na jednodniowy pobyt, czy nawet na kilkudniową bazę do zwiedzania Stuttgart. Schludnie, spokojna okolica, bezpłatny parking.

Séjour agréable avec un accueil au top
Pros:

Très bon séjour ! La réceptionniste était adorable, souriante et très accueillante. La chambre était simple, mais parfaitement adaptée pour une nuit : propre, bien équipée et confortable. J'ai également apprécié le calme des lieux ainsi que la présence d'une place de parking.

Le seul petit bémol concernant le calme est qu'un groupe a décidé de faire une after vers 1 h du matin, mais cela ne dépend pas vraiment de l'hôtel.

Quelques pistes d'amélioration : il serait pratique d'avoir une boîte pour déposer la carte magnétique lorsqu'on part très tôt le matin, et la moquette mériterait un petit shampoing pour être impeccable.

Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel et j'y reviendrais sans hésiter pour une étape.

Leider keine Nutzung möglich und keine Kulanz seitens der Unterkunft – enttäuschende Kommunikation.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und die Buchung verlief zunächst unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer konnte aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme (Hausstauballergie, Teppichboden) nicht genutzt werden. Trotz frühzeitiger Rückmeldung und der Aussage eines Mitarbeiters, dass eine Klärung möglich sei, wurde eine Erstattung im Nachgang vollständig abgelehnt. Die Kommunikation war zudem unklar und auf Rückfragen von Booking.com wurde seitens der Unterkunft nicht mehr reagiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Kulanz und Lösungsbereitschaft in einer nachvollziehbaren Situation.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, gutes Frühstück, tolle Betten, blitzsauberes Bad und Zimmer. Parken kein Problem. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen.
