Cons:

Когда я приехал отсутствовал персонал на рецепшине. И вообще был закрыт готель. Пришлось бронировать другой и ехать в другие апартаменты что бы не ночевать на улице . Потому как все контакты данной гостиницы не отвечали, ни телефон, ни имейл, а тот номер который был указан на входной двери был без кода страны. И куда нужно было звонить?! Непонятно 🤷‍♀️

EIn sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage nahe Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage im Grünen nahe Hamburg war perfekt für unser Konzertwochenende in HH.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig mehr Qualität vertragen.

Das Frühstück war schlicht. Der O-Saft schmeckte leider gar nicht, der Aufschnitt sah nicht mehr appetitlich aus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück.
Teppiche in den Zimmern finden wir unhygienisch.
Im Bad fehlt eine gute Beleuchtung zum Schminken sowie ein guter Schminkspiegel mit Vergrößerung.
Ein Duschmittel wäre auch sehr schön.

It was really excellent and relaxing atmosphere around the hotel.
Pros:

The location was really peaceful, calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good although there were not so many selections. The location of the hotel close to a nearby supermarket was really convenient. The restaurant was really convenient especially there were not so many restaurants around the area and the menu was really tasty. Staffs were also nice and really accommodating.

Cons:

There is really nothing that I did not like although recommendation would be to extend the opening hours of the restaurant especially for those night goers.

Very good.
Pros:

Very nice room. Very clean. Good lighting - not dark. Quiet. Modern furnishings. Edeka right next door. Free parking, plenty of spaces.

Cons:

For me it was not the best location, quite far from Hamburg, but that is just my situation.
