Pros:

Es war sauber und sehr komfortable und ruhig! Man braucht nicht lange vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Unterkunft! Angenehm und würde da auch nochmals buchen.

Cons:

Man hatte glaub ich vergessen, den Mülleimer zu leeren, ansonsten alles gut!

War sehr nicht sehr sauber .
Keine Vorhänge zum verdunklen.
Die Lage ist nicht gut man muss für den Parkplatz bezahlen vor der Unterkunft.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr zusammen gewürfelt .

Arkonaplatz is a great location.
Best residential square in the city

Cons:

Furniture with signs of wear / age.

Mattresses in the entrance hall - gave it the feeling of a hostel.

Cheap furniture, cheap bedding.
A rug that had seen better days.

The entire focus of the room was an enormous TV.

Lack of fridge.
No breakfast included.

Gute Lage, Bahn/Tram nur 5-7 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, hervorragender Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft, Abends/Nachts ruhig. Zimmer und Betten gut

Cons:

Die Schlüssel bekommt man nur, wenn das Restaurant geöffnet ist. Falls man Termine in Berlin hat, kann das ein Punkt sein, der den Aufenthalt erschwert.

Pros:

There was no breakfast available, only in cafes outside.
Location was good.

Cons:

Jasper's is not a hotel. There is no reception, we stayed 4 days there and we met none. While they were supposed to clean the room every 2 days, it was never cleaned. When I questioned them (through booking message) whether we can checkout at 12:00 instead of 11:00, I never received a response.
