Aufenthalt für eine Nacht in Berlin mit einem geschmäckle. So, aus unserer Sicht, nur beschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war für unseren Bedarf perfekt.

Cons:

1. die größe der Handtücher war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Eines der sogenannten Duschhandtücher war sehr zerfleddert und ausgefranst.
2. Bettlampen haben nicht funktioniert
3. Duschkopf defekt und somit nicht einstellbar
4. Kopfkissen haben leider moderig gerochen

Pros:

Es war sauber und sehr komfortable und ruhig! Man braucht nicht lange vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Unterkunft! Angenehm und würde da auch nochmals buchen.

Cons:

Man hatte glaub ich vergessen, den Mülleimer zu leeren, ansonsten alles gut!

Keine Vorhänge zum verdunklen.
Die Lage ist nicht gut man muss für den Parkplatz bezahlen vor der Unterkunft.

Best residential square in the city

Furniture with signs of wear / age.

Mattresses in the entrance hall - gave it the feeling of a hostel.

Cheap furniture, cheap bedding.
A rug that had seen better days.

The entire focus of the room was an enormous TV.

Lack of fridge.
No breakfast included.

Gute Lage, Bahn/Tram nur 5-7 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, hervorragender Bäcker in der Nachbarschaft, Abends/Nachts ruhig. Zimmer und Betten gut

Cons:

Die Schlüssel bekommt man nur, wenn das Restaurant geöffnet ist. Falls man Termine in Berlin hat, kann das ein Punkt sein, der den Aufenthalt erschwert.
