Das Betreiberpaar ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, hervorzuheben ist außerdem die außergewöhnlich gute Innenstadtlage bei guter Geräuschdämmung.

Cons:

Hotel is on the 3rd floor, rooms are very minimalistic, the whole thing is a claustrofobic experience. This is like a 1* hotel, but the prices were higher. Breakfast is awful.

Check in erst 1,5 Stunden später möglich, Zimmer haben eine merkwürdige Aufteilung, im WC Raum war weniger Platz als im Dixi, sehr verwinkelt, Mini Rezeption. Alles im allem merkwürdiges B&B, das kenne ich anders…

Without doubt we shall book this hotel the next time we're in Flensburg.
Pros:

The room was commensurate with the price and fully equipped for our one-night stay.
The receptionist was exceptional (Andreas) who was very welcoming, super helpful with local information and had an excellent sense of humour! These are the people we rarely meet in life but who make lasting impressions for visiting (and very weary) travellers because they go out of their way to be accommodating and provide assistance where they see the need.

Cons:

There was no lounge or common room or place to sit while waiting for others in the family to get ready.
Although there was parking close by, it would have been ideal to enjoy parking within he same building as the hotel.
