Pros:

Die Laage war zentral und gut gelegen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Es gingen große Spinnenweben in den Ecken und hinter der Tür war sehr viel Dreck in der Ecke.
Das Frühstück war zwar lecker und gut, aber es wurde leider nicht immer neu aufgefüllt, so dass einiges fehlte wenn man später zum Frühstück kam.
Das Personal war fast nie zu sehen und da. Alles lief über Schilder oder Klingeln.

Sehr gemütlich, Zimmer war schön warm (es hatte nur 7 Grad draußen), das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig alle Speisen frisch und sehr lecker.

Wochenende im Vogtland
Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Ordentliche Möbel. Alles sauber und hübsch angerichtet. Heizung und WLAN haben funktioniert. Parkplätze an der Unterkunft.
Außerdem ein leckeres Frühstück, dass eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lies.

Cons:

Bei 2 Buchungen mit gleichem Namen wurden an der Rezeption die Zimmer (2-und-3 Bett Zimmer) verwechselt. Somit mussten wir 25 Euro mehr für ein Zimmer bezahlen, was wir eigentlich nicht gebraucht haben.
Aus Kulanzgründen hätten wir erwartet, dass wir das 3 Bett Zimmer zum Preis des 2 Bett Zimmers bekommen.
Da gab es aber kein Entgegenkommen.
Auch wenn es letztendlich in der Familie blieb, dürfen solche Fehler nicht passieren.

Gute Lage zum Freizeitpark

Cons:

Und hat der Zustand im Frühstücksraum nicht gefallen. Unsaubere Tische , kein frisches Besteck (müsste man sich selbst organisieren) , keine Zange für die Brötchen und Brot vorhanden .Jeder nahm die Hände. Schlechte Auffüllung von leeren Speisen . Am Besten man geht ganz früh zum Frühstück, da ist bestimmt alles okay .

An older renovated hotel. I booked for my parents, they were really happy, said the room was huge and very comfortable, there was a free parking available. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Easy to access from the highway.

Alles in allem ein guter Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.
Preis und Leistung passen.

Cons:

TV war nicht nutzbar. Vermutlich wegen des schwach Wlan-Signals.

Die Lage ist super

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer, allerdings konnte man auf einem Bett garnicht schlafen, da es ein ausziehbarer Sessel oder Sofa war und man hatte am Bauch und Bein eine harte Eisenstange.

Schönes großes sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet hat das Auffüllen teilweise etwas länger gedauert, weil nicht genug Personal im Dienst war. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber stets bemüht und freundlich.
