Pros:

Ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer ist mit Bedacht ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Haben UPGRADE OHNE AUFPREIS erhalten, herzlichen Dank dafür!

Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer. Ich hatte um ein barrierefreies Zimmer für meine Mutter gebeten und es war perfekt für sie, inklusive WC Erhöhung, Haltegriff und Duschstuhl. Meine Fragen bezüglich des Zimmers wurden vorab bestens beantwortet. Das zweite Zimmer war sehr groß, aber auch sehr gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und hat sogar für uns „probegesessen“ ;)

Al bij al een heel rustige nacht gehad en heel lekker gegeten.

Heel vriendelijk personeel,goede bedden ,goed ontbijt en heel lekker avondeten.

Pros:

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Landhaus Neuss und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die spätere Anreise war problemlos möglich, und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war durchweg nett und aufmerksam, und auch das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft fand im Restaurant eine Veranstaltung statt, die man etwas hören konnte – ein kurzer Hinweis darauf im Vorfeld wäre hilfreich gewesen.
Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und sind zufrieden.
