Een heel mooi modern hotel met een geweldig restaurant met heerlijke moderne mooi opgemaakte smakelijke gerechten. Aanrader om hier te eten.
Fijne geluiddichte kamer, heel hartelijke ontvangst, prima ontbijt buffet en parkeerplek. Bushalte naar Düsseldorf 200m

Not fit for business travelers. Not clean.
Pros:

Dinner at the hotel was good.

Cons:

I travel a lot for business. Checked in after 8pm
1. hair was found in the sink
2. Lift broken (room was on 3rd floor)
3. No iron or board. No staff available after 7pm (Key was left for me in a safe).
4. I assumed room would be non-smoking. maybe my bad. Room smelled of smoke and had ashtrays.
5. On checkout staff not pleasant and not helpful.
6. While there is free wifi, the speed or quality was poor so I used my 5G phone.

Nice accomodation with great breakfast.
Pros:

The equipment of the room was fine, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was diverse and tasty. The staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

Parking spaces are somewhat limited if you arrive late. The rooms are a bit old-school with a little wear, but no big problems.

Gute Lage, Parkplätze schwierig

Gute Lage in einem Ortsteil von Neuss. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Preis war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Parkplätze allerdings sehr schwierig. Auf dem Hotelgelände habe ich keinen gefunden, habe dann in Rheinnähe geparkt. Ging aber. Das Bett war für mich zu weich. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm, obwohl die Heizung aus war. Als ich das Zimmer betrat, hatte es einen starken Eigengeruch, auch nach intensivem Lüften. Könnte mal wieder renoviert werden. Der Fernseher war recht klein. Es waren noch SD Kanäle programmiert, HD Kanäle müssten mal aktualisiert werden.

Prima locatie!
Pros:

Een centrale locatie waarbij je makkelijk een bezoek kan brengen aan Düsseldorf en Keulen!
De ruimte waar het ontbijt is, is sfeervol ingericht.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van het bed en de hygiëne.
